After a stunning run at London’s Royal Albert Hall, Cirque Du Soleil bring their latest work of art, Amaluna, to the city of Manchester.
Amaluna invites the audience to a mysterious island governed by Goddesses and guided by the cycles of the moon.
Their queen, Prospera, directs her daughter’s coming-of-age ceremony in a rite that honours femininity, renewal, rebirth and balance which marks the passing of these insights and values from one generation to the next.
In the wake of a storm caused by Prospera, a group of young men lands on the island, triggering an epic, emotional story of love between Prospera’s daughter and a brave young suitor. But theirs is a love that will be put to the test. The couple must face numerous demanding trials and overcome daunting setbacks before they can achieve mutual trust, faith and harmony.

Amazing from beginning to end. Fast moving, spectacular acts performing at the highest level of expertise. The whole show was breathtaking, from the performers, vocalists and crew, to the big top staff. We enjoyed it so much we could not stop talking about the show all the way home. Only wish we could see it again.

What a great experience. I went with my husband and 2 daughters, they absolutely loved it. The storyline was amazing and the acrobats were unbelievable. We paid £65 per ticket which I thought was a bit expensive but after watching it, I think it was worth every penny. Definitely one to watch.

Wonderful performance and a well told story. Le Grand Chapiteau is a great venue for getting a good view from just about anywhere. It's nice that it gives the opportunity for the cast to wander amongst the audience and bring part of the performance to them. I want to see another performance next year!

Wow wow and wow absolutely amazing.... Deffo recommend and I will without a doubt watch this again... the only thing I found disappointing was the end because I was enjoying it so much I was gutted when it finished... great audience interaction and some fantastic acts......

Been to another cirque du soleil show before( love) this show seemed to have a lot more acrobatics in it, such skill & entertaiment

We have seen 2 other productions by Cirque du Soleil and were keen to visit again. They never disappoint, but the bone balancing in the second half just blew our minds. Thank you!

Really enjoyed the production! The skills of all the artists was excellent , very novel and exciting! Setting, lighting and music were fantastic! WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 5 IF ........ The start was just a little slow as if holding time for late comers!!!! Your web site says that latecomers will be admitted at a suitable point. Or START THE BANTER EARLIER A few more of the completion scenes could acknowledge the audiences not paying the top prices. example the leads at the end went straight to the front and sat. Shame it wasn't a full audience, adverts only arrived a week or so on TV. Any reductions for schools , colleges?

From start to finish I was in awe! What an amazing show! Visually stunning and entertaining! Acts I have never seen before. Great for all ages with funny silly bits for the kiddies. They have a band that plays all the music throughout, who were just as talented and amazing as the performers. I loved every minute and would go again and will go again the next time they are in Manchester. Only down side is food and drink theRe is very expensive! But the setting and the acts I cannot fault one bit!

Great show well worth seeing . Great acts really show stopping . However bit disappointed it was a stormy night with thunder and lightening . The Trafford centre car park near the show was closed consedering we had to walk in the rain and the advert pointed out near car park that was a bit disappinting . The drink's pricing was a robbery £8 for 2 soft drinks my avise drink before you go :)

What an amazing, exciting , fast paced and beautifully coordinated show, with a mixture of humour, drama, musical talent, dance and skilful athleticism? A show worth watching. Well done to a talented, hard working group of people. A must to see.

My first visit to a Cirque de Soleil performance exceeded expectations! Incredible skill set, fabulous set, beautiful costumes and lighting! Outstanding! Spellbound by the unique sticks balancing act, and the use of water on stage.

Such wonderful talent, it was a joy to watch and would recommend it to anyone of any age. The Manchester arena staff were also wonderful in helping us when my granddaughter had an allergic reaction to people eating nut M&Ms. We can't thank them enough for being so quick thinking and understanding.

A superb evening of fast moving , amazing entertainment. My grandchildren aged 11 and 9 were enthralled for the whole performance. Music ,humour and dancing with some of the most professional circus skills I have ever seen. A must see performance.

Wow .... Magical ....sensual .... Erotic yet refined and funny too with a happy ending ...I'm still buzzing , they have spared no expense . It was pricy but worth every penny . 10/10

What a fantastic show with amazing performer's. The venue and facilities are excellent. Would have bought a beer but £5 a bottle is rather pricey, however it didn't spoil the evening.

Considering I booked the seats in the morning for the evening performance , my daughter and I had fantastic views! The best 'impulse ' buy of the year!!! The whole show was truly 'out of this world .' The skills of the performers, breathtaking! An amazing show not to be missed by anyone. The storyline easily followed and the comical additional love story had the audience in stitches! Everything about the show was brilliant! Thank you so much .

The evening was amazing.. Before the show we had free drink, canapés and popcorn! Very helpful staff. The show was amazing.. Fabulous costumes, story, acrobatic feats.. I can honestly say it was one the best nights out I've ever had. I would recommend this show to everyone.. It is a unique show
