Upper circle.. so a little awkward at times , as we had 2 tall people in front of us.. but tickets were only £20 so no complaints . Fabulous value for money .

Beautiful theatre that effectively conveys the play's intimacy . Upper circle enables full appreciation of set design . Leg room a little limiting.

We actually got an upgrade from 'S' to 'H' probably because it was an afternoon performance. The seats themselves were a little tight.

The set had symbolic significance to the play themes- our seats were at the back of the stalls which rendered it 2 dimensional. Only when I went onto the circle for ice cream at the interval did I realise how much better the stage set and theatre in general could be viewed from there. The theatre staff were so obliging though, and moved us to three unoccupied seats in the circle.

Try to sit on the lhs if you are in the upper circle restricted view seat as a reasonable amount happens on the rhs of the stage.

A bit uncomfortable not enough leg room and height of the back rest was to short. I suppose it's the price you pay for sitting in a Victorian theatre. The views of the stage was good.
