Although I was in Row P of the stalls I was dead centre and felt very close to the stage/characters which also added a good dimension often lost with the cheaper tickets.

An inadequate slope to the floor resulted in many views of the stage being blocked by the person sitting in front.

Little leg room. Fine for us but 6 footers and above would struggle.

Our front row seats A9 and A 10 - at first impression gave a skewed, highly angled view of the stage. In fact we could see everything exceptionally well, every emotion passes over the actors faces. Wonderful.

Even though I was on the back row of the Circle (ie: as far back as one can go) I had an excellent view of the stage and absolutely no problem hearing the clear dialogue of the cast. The Ambassador Theatre is a beautiful small gem of a theatre, and apart from a few side seats, I would imagine one can see the stage clearly from anywhere one may care to sit. I also liked the fact that the Circle is actually just above ground level (so easily accessible) whereas to get to the Stalls one has to actually descend below ground level.

A good view, but not enough leg room

The venue is quite small and you're not going to be too far from the stage wherever you sit. The seats are comfortable although a bit snug when you're shoulder to shoulder with your neighbour.

Excellent value for money. View very good as long as you don't have someone too tall sitting in front of you because there's not much raking in the back section of the theatre. This theatre needs a patron who's willing to come up with some cash for a bit of TLC but don't let that put you off for a second.

Although theatre is small there is little rake and seats not offset I got a stiff neck craning round the man in front of me.

Front row of Dress Circle only suitable for midgets. Fortunately seats in next row behind, not taken, had good leg room, and others did the same.

We always go for the cheap and cheerful seats so we were right at the back of the circle but perfectly able to see and hear. Nice air conditioning on a very hot day.
