We had to be reseated as our original seats were double booked. In retrospect we had a nicer experience.

Because I have 'funny knees' I chose seats next to the middle aisle so that I could stretch if necessary, but when we arrived we found that the middle aisle had been co-opted as part of the staging for this production and that a 'fence' had been installed, probably for safety's sake. However a LOVELY helpful staff member found us unsold seats at the same price and at the end of a row, with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. In fact I shouldn't have worried at all because the seats are very comfortable, even for those who are 'broad of beam', the arm-rests move out of the way if you want them to, and the leg-room is better than any I've ever found at a West End theatre.
