The balcony means you are close to the stage and the seats are raked so well there is no one blocking the view. I would like to see more productions here.

I'm sure I booked for upstairs seats but ended up 3 rows from stage. But looks like you'd get a good view from anywhere. A great new theatre. Will certainly be watching for future shows here.
