★★★★★ ‘Ingenious and Playful’ Financial Times

Award-winning actors Jonny Lee Miller (Trainspotting) and Tanya Reynolds (Sex Education) star in Sam Holcroft’s unmissable and darkly comic play A Mirror, now playing at London’s Trafalgar Theatre.

‘BREATHTAKINGLY ORIGINAL. THEATRE AT ITS MOST EXHILARATING’ The Daily Mail

In a totalitarian state where the Ministry of Culture must approve all new works of art, a rebel group is staging an illegal play under the guise of a wedding. In this darkly funny political thriller, everything is not as it seems…A Mirror is an explosively entertaining story of the search for love and truth in a society that values neither.

JONNY LEE MILLER IS SIMPLY SUPERB’ The Times

Directed by Jeremy Herrin, A Mirror is hailed ‘Extraordinary and Mesmeric’ by the Guardian and comes to London’s West End following an acclaimed sell-out run at the Almeida Theatre.

Performances at London’s Trafalgar Theatre must end 20 April, book tickets today.

This play grabbed your attention and kept you in the zone throughout. Unusual balance of life when telling a lie in a restricted environment where literature is controlled by the state, Freedom of speech is squashed and censorship rules the day. 2 hours of solid entertainment definitely recommend. Friendly staff and atmosphere inside.

We had found very little information about the play beforehand and had no idea what to expect. This probably was the best way to come to the show. It was a very original play and seated in the second row. We could appreciate the excellent acting.
