With 16 haunting shows and 2 thrilling rides, guests will come face-to-face with some of London’s most notorious historic characters: Guy Fawkes, Sweeney Todd and even Jack the Ripper! Familiar tales are played out before your eyes and storytelling is given a contemporary twist in a trip that’s not to be missed.

Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.

The attraction is wheelchair accessible except for the boat and drop rides. For health and safety reason The London Dungeon can only admit 1 wheelchair user per hour. Once you have booked your standard ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by calling 0333 321 2001 or emailing LDGuestExperience@merlinentertainments.biz (please quote your order reference).

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

How Does It Work

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff (either printed or on a mobile device) and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Suitable For Children

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over.

The Dungeon is not suitable for people of a nervous disposition or very young children: entry is at the discretion of the parent/guardian.

Where Do I Go

The London Dungeon is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster.

Waterloo is the closest tube station to the London Dungeon. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank.

Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach the London Dungeon. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge.

Westminster tube station is the closest station to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. From Westminster tube station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
