Theatre-mad Bobby Child is torn between his show-business dreams and running the family bank. He reluctantly heads west to Deadrock, Nevada, to foreclose on a theatre’s mortgage, only to fall for the theatre owner’s daughter, Polly. Desperate to prove his good faith, Bobby decides to put on a show – complete with dancers from the glamorous Zangler Follies in New York City – to save the theatre, renew the town and hopefully win Polly’s love.
With a riotously entertaining book by Ken Ludwig and overflowing with glorious Gershwin melodies (including Someone to Watch Over Me, I Got Rhythm and They Can’t Take That Away from Me), this large-scale production boasts 17 orchestra members and an incredible 34 strong cast. I loved every minute of this wonderful production of Crazy for You. Excellent singing, dancing, acting and choreography. I also liked the humour. All exceptionally clever. This was the second time I saw the musical and it was just as good as the first time. Charlie Stent the lead was phenomenal.

It's a brilliant show, a real not to be missed event.Superb cast all round and don't forget the music. It would be helpful if the booking confirmation had details of the door to use and which side of the theatre to use to access the seats.

We went to the Saturday matinee, and were happy to see it was virtually sold out - just a few seats here and there for those who haven’t seen this dazzling show. Charlie Stemp has extraordinary star quality. His dancing is faultless, and he also sings and seduces with his energy, playfulness and charisma. He’s beautifully matched with a very accomplished leading lady, and delightful wider cast of talent - all who give 100% Add to this, a sublime Gershwin score of mostly familiar songs, and you have a sure-fire hit that should scoop a host of awards. Highly recommended.

Absolutely wonderful. Really took me out of myself after a stressful time. Wonderful dancing, singing and costumes. Amusing too! Wish I was going again today. Will definitely bring my sister as it will remind us of our father who would have loved this show and all the beautiful Gershwin. songs. Wonderful cast with no exceptions!
