The centre has been designed with your needs in mind. We review our risk assessments and policies annually to ensure we remain as accessible as possible to all guests, including wheelchair access.

Please note that for all of our rides, guests must be able to transfer to the ride vehicle with or without carer assistance. All of our rides also require guests to be able to sit upright unaided in order to ride.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase.

Please go to the attraction at your booked timeslot and present your e-ticket to a member of staff (either printed or on a mobile device) and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour.

Whether you're travelling by bus, car, train, tram, bike or on foot – getting to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Manchester is super easy! We are located within Trafford Palazzo (previously know as Barton Square). It's right next door to the Trafford Centre, which can be accessed from Trafford Palazzo via an indoor footbridge.
