  The show was brilliant and filled with Christmas magic. The little boy in particular was amazing! The kids (6&4) were mesmerised from start to finish! The only thing you need to be aware of is that if you need a booster seat for a small child, these have to be hired at the ticket desk. We weren’t informed of this! A bit steep to charge for a booster seat when tickets are already expensive but…it’s London! Also be aware that there’s not a huge amount of space between rows, and we found it quite difficult sometimes as the people behind us had children who lost interest half way through and spent the second half screaming into our ears and jumping on the backs of our chairs :,-)

  ‘The snowman’ was terrific and absolutely flawless - we almost didn’t go as we had a family commitment which meant things were tight but I’m SO glad we made it, our daughter loved it. Would definitely go again, the whole thing was truly outstanding!

  My children really enjoyed this musical. The scenarios and music are very attractive and keep little ones interested. The best part is when both boy and snowman fly around the stage and the music that plays with it. Fantastic!

  Myself and my husband took all four of our grandchildren to see the snow man in theatre as part of their Christmas present. It was absolutely brilliant. They all loved every minute of the performance. Would highly recommend to anyone.

  Congratulations to all invoked in the making of The Snowman ☃️ Bought our 6 year old Granddaughter and we thoroughly wrapped up in the Story. We will definitely be back again next year

  We took our grandchildren 7ys and 4 yrs to 11.00am performance on 30th. It was full of children under 4 and 18 months. It was far too long for the children. Our 2 enjoyed the first half but were bored to bits in the second half. Children were crying and were generally fed up. In my opinion you should make it 30 mins shorter. Having said that it was delightful.

  We took our 4 year old who loves the book and film. He was so excited to see the snowman flying and seeing him melt at the end. The music, ballet, staging and lights were outstanding and overall good value for London theatre. Would highly recommend.

  The Snowman is an amazing show for both adults and kids. My kids 5 and 8 years old loved it! We had a great time watching this magical and beautiful show last Sunday.

  Lack of toilets was an issue big queues…. 2 were out of order?! Why wasn’t this sorted when you knew you had a show on?! So only 4 working toilets available for the full theatre… what a joke…’ & also charging £15 for a glass of wine being served in a plastic tumbler not acceptable!! I thought the show was great despite a badly behaved little girl sitting behind me kicking my seat the whole time and when I told her kindly to please stop her mother launched at me asking me not to tell her to stop and that she can do what she likes!!! Anyway after a while she obviously couldn’t control her and they left…..

  I took my grandchildren age Five Seven and Ten to see this show and it was absolutely amazing!! It was so beautifully performed by all the cast but the orchestra made it just wonderful !!

  Brought my 5 year old Granddaughter. A few weeks ago I took her to see Frozen at the theatre but the Snowman easily won. We brought my grandson 11 years ago and it hasn’t lost its magic. Long may it continue to entertain both children and adults

  My party was made up of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 baby, and all of us enjoyed this magical seasonal performance. Even when the peter pan wire didn't work, it was well worth the wait to see the two leads hoisted above the stage dancing in mid-air. The kids just adored the whole thing, thank you!

  The little boy was magical. He smiled and smiled his way through it. Have come for years but he really was incredible. Only thing we were sat in second row behind a mother and daughter who arrived late, wore massive bobble hats and the mother spent most of the performance on her phone. Really rude.

  I can't recommend it enough, it was absolutely magical. My little 3 year old didn't take her eyes off the stage the whole time. My 9 year old said he wants to see it again next year. A lovely magical start for the run up to Christmas. Thank you to all those super actors.

  Amazing show as always. Took my 2-year-old Grandaughter for the first time, and she was mesmerized by the whole show. We go every year as a family , and will be booking for 2023.

  Amazing was so anxious about taking my 5 year old due to attention span but was the best Christmas gift I could’ve bought he loved and was entertained every second! Sooo amazing, what a lovely show! will definitely be a Christmas tradition from now on! Thank you!

  My daughter really enjoyed the show and was engaged focusing on the characters, stage. About 15 minutes into the show late arrival of 7 people in the row in front made noise and continued to disturb the rest of the audience behind them through out the show.

  I took a 4 years old as THE SNowman was my favourite xmas movie to grow up with. I did not know what to expect however I knew I love its music, know them in and out. It was the sweetest show I have ever seen, absolutely well designed and entertaining. I would not hesitate to go watch it again. Great day out, I think my little girl could have watched over and over again.

  My daughter and I loved the performance. But ……. There were no booster seats for children & choc ice cream ran out. There needed to be an announcement at the beginning of expected behaviour for people who maybe don’t visit the theatre regularly. A lot of children were allowed to chat loudly unchallenged throughout, one lady plugged her phone in to charge it, another took photos of the performance. Children were left crawling in the aisles.

  Is it possible to refrain people from eating for just a couple of hours? So as not to ruin the whole experience with crisps wrappings? Such a shame when you have a live orchestra… The theatre was filthy at the end of the show with litter left on floor and seats. My 6 year old loved the show though.

  Excellent production for young and old. Shame that no hard copy programme. They would have been useful for children to read before and to keep as a souvenir. Pointless having a digital version in the theatre as there was no reception!

  I was so excited to see The Snowman at the Peacock Theatre in London. I was so disappointed- The Snowman's costume looked like he had been in a fire and the face looked very sinister. It looked nothing like the original animation. I have seen better Snowmen after they have melted. The show just felt very amateurish - not West End quality at all. I only stayed until the end of the first half of the show - I didnt stay to watch the second half. Just disappointing all round.

  I bought my daughter with me tonight, We first came to The Peacock theatre 21 years ago when she was 3 years old! It's still as magical as we remembered. What an amazing show! We will be back next year Merry Christmas Deanne and Beth Howe
