Sisters Anna and Elsa are inseparable. Yet their closeness threatens their bond – and even Anna’s life. Elsa has magical powers which she struggles to control and as she grows, these powers almost destroy not only her sister, but the entire kingdom of Arendelle. Forced to keep her powers hidden, Elsa is forced to spend her childhood parted from her sister.
When their parents are killed, Elsa is crowned Queen of Arendelle – but when Elsa’s supernatural powers are revealed, she is forced to flee her kingdom.
Meanwhile, Anna has fallen in love with the handsome Prince Hans of the West Isles, but is he as perfect as he seems? Leaving Hans in charge, Anna sets off in search of her sister. With the kingdom now in the icy grip of winter, Anna encounters Sámi iceman Kristoff and his trusty reindeer Sven and friendship blossoms.
Can Anna and her new friends reach Elsa in time to save the kingdom from perpetual winter? Will Hans or Kristoff win Anna’s heart? Find out, with tickets to the coolest show in Theatreland – Frozen the West End Musical.

Five frosty Facts about Frozen
Think you know your Elsa from your Anna? Here are five thrilling facts about the West-End’s chilliest musical:
1. One of the most memorable scenes in both the movie and stage show is the musical number “Let It Go!” – Elsa’s iconic dress in that scene is even more impressive on stage – and took over 400 hours to make!
2. It takes a lot of ice to stay Frozen. When Elsa unleashes her full powers, it’s made possible by high-tech video along with ensemble members who play snowstorms - many of the beautiful patterns you see are made by Frozen’s human cast-members creating the swirling patterns that you see solidify into ice. The production also uses Swarovski crystals, which descend from the spaces above the stage to create the stunning effects of snow crystals.
3. Twelve new songs were added by the creative team to make Frozen the West End Musical. The original Disney animation has just six.
4. Rumour has it that the main character names in frozen were chosen to honour Hans Christian Andersen, upon whose story ‘The Snow Queen’ Frozen was based. This makes sense when you see them in order – Hans, Kristoff, Anna and Sven.
5. Frozen’s song-writing team, Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, revealed that the first song they wrote for Frozen was its biggest hit – Let It Go. This acted as a springboard to many other songs. For example, the line “Don’t let them in, don’t let them see’ is used for Elsa’s part in ‘For the First Time In Forever’. Musical themes from Let It Go are also used in ‘Do You Want To Build A Snowman?’

Well what can you say about this amazing performance, the cast are best. Even up in the dizzy height of the balcony. One thing that ruined it was people in front leaning over and that ruined the view. But other than that. Was an amazing show.

My 2 friends and I are adults in our 30s, we are not Disney adults, or massive fans, but we do appreciate and enjoy the theatre and Frozen did not disappoint. Outstanding performance from such a small onstage cast, assisted of course by the backstage/wings crew. amazing costumes, effects, props, etc. I would def. recommend.

We journeyed done by train from Hounslow Central, there was 3 of us Grandparents & Granddaughter whos 4/5 and her first time to the theater. I haven't been on the train for years and the piccadily line still has the same voice over as it did 30 years ago. We got off at Convent Garden walked around then we decided to venture to the Theater. The walk from the station to the theatre which was 5 mins max. We asks staff members the best time to come back and 12.30pm was advised as we got there for 11.30am. We then got something to eat in a local Italian restaurant pizza place. Nice food friendly staff. ... Now for the theater. The whole experience was amazing, staff were friendly and very helpful. We sat in row j18 19 20 which was a really good view. Frozen.. the show was absolutely brilliant, from start to finish I applaud the whole venue as it was an excellent production and the cast playing the characters were amazing. The on stage costumes and effects were second to known, as well as the music and the singing which need a mention. The story also got adults involed with the 1 liners. The young girls captivted my granddaughter from the very beginning with there on stage acting. I must say overall it was excellent 5 star review from myself and my Granddaughter Scarlett Ruttley.

I took my 5 year old twins and my 8 year old son. From start to finish the performance was just magical. My children were mesmerised the whole way through with funny parts, suspense and theatre magic thrown in. They are already asking to come back. It was my children’s 1st west end show and I know it’s planted the seed for more

The show was overall great, but the seating arrangement and subsequent resolution issues were very poor. Due to the lack of prompts during the selection of seats, our seats were blocked by a special wheelchair in the front row, resulting in our seats being swapped three times. Moreover, the final seating position had a very different field of view from the position we initially chose. The theater lacked experience and was rude when dealing with such issues, I hope the website or theater can provide me with corresponding refund compensation, thank you.

What a show! My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it - particularly Olaf! The children who played the parts of the young Elsa & Anna were fabulous. The sets, costumes and music were out of this world. The theatre itself is beautiful, and our seats were excellent. We were able to order icecream, which was delivered to our seats. A treasured memory of my granddaughter doing the actions to 'Let it go'.❤❤

I'm a guy who's never seen Frozen... Tbh it isn't my thing at all but I went with my partner for an evening showing at the Theatre Royal Covent Garden. First off the theatre itself and the staff are first class. Seats said restricted view but were fine. As to the show it was excellent. As stated, I have it's not my kind of thing but I thoroughly enjoyed it and was very impressed by the performances of all of the cast and by the overall product toon value. I know my partner loved it as well. I'd highly recommend for any Disney fan.

I think it was really sad you cannot sing or show any enjoyment through the musical without the wardens glaring at you or telling you to be quiet. There is a no singing or dancing rule (at a children’s musical) which seems ridiculous to have to tell a child not to sing their favourite songs, also to be quiet when they say ‘wow’ or laugh at parts. I left with a huge headache from the stress of feeling watched the whole way through, such an uncomfortable experience in comparison to other theatres we have been too. My daughter didn’t move a muscle or moan throughout, she was fixated so much she didn’t notice the glares from start to finish, 2.5hours worth, considering the price I paid too I would of liked a more pleasant and friendly atmosphere, especially at a children’s musical, if was an adults I would understand more so, telling a 4 year old to not sing or say wow to loud felt horrible.

Arrival at the theatre was greeted with pleasant staff Drinks were rather expensive but this was expected. Programmes and guide books were also not inexpensive but in keeping with what I expected. The actual production and performance was spectacular. As adults we attended for the sake of our Daughter, but we were surprised that we enjoyed the performance and experience as much as she did. The special effects were superb and the performances all great

Easiest way to do this is in bullet form: Seats...Row F, centre stage. AWESOME Show... Brilliant!!! Can not recommend this enough. I will not put anything here..but the 'reveal' was one of the best moments I've ever experienced at the theatre. Cast... So clever and so talented, some doing multiple roles. Amazing! Music... You forgot they were there! And as a musician, I write this as complement. Totally immersive sound and professional. Lighting/scenery and effects. Absolutely first class. Without these 'back stage' legends... there is no FROZEN We will be back.

Before going into the theatre I was expecting a great show but I was blow away and got 10x more! Literally everything, the stage, puppetry, costumes, dances, additional songs, performers, ushers, orchestra, lighting, stage magic all served exactly what they needed to and then some. My least favourite moment was the Monster song in the ice castle but still, that wasn’t even a bad song or performance it just wasn’t quite as much my favourite song as the rest. I’ve already recommended this show to as many people as will listen to me! Even those who aren’t very familiar with musical theatre. I’m very much into musical theatre and I’d say Frozen is suitable for anyone and everyone, from someone’s first show to someone’s 100th. I’d say it’s similar “vibe” to Wicked if I had to compare it to any other musical. I would give shoutouts to individual cast members but they were all incredible!
