The double Tony Award winning Falsettos is a hilarious and poignant look at a modern family revolving around the life of a gay man Marvin, his wife, his lover, his soon to be bar mitzvahed son, their psychiatrist, and the lesbians neighbours.

Originally created under the spectre of the AIDS crisis, this ground-breaking musical about family dynamics manages to remain buoyant and satirically perceptive even as it moves towards its heartbreaking conclusion.

Selladoor Productions, producers of 9 to 5 The Musical, Big Fish, American Idiot and Avenue Q, bring Falsettos to London for the very first time serving as a timely reminder that love really is the most beautiful thing in the world.

An amazing ensemble cast delivered a authentic and thought provoking performance. The audience were clearly moved and I shared with the emotional memory of the AIDS tragedy of the 1980’s .

I've been in love with this musical for years, and was so thrilled to get a chance to go see it for the first time in London. Falsettos at the Other Palace fully met and surpassed all of my expectations. I adored how all of the characters were presented and played, and how natural the chemistry was between them--for both the romantic and the platonic relationships. This is a complex story, full of broken and beautiful people, and the Other Palace cast really invested deeply into their roles. This play is both a tribute to a painful past and a challenge for societal change--but most importantly its a call for love, love in all capacities. I highly recommend anyone to go and see it!

A delightfully funny yet emotional ride through family life. Albert Atack’s comic timing from one so young is impressive a star in the making!
