Cirque du Soleil returns to London’s Royal Albert Hall with the European Premiere of LUZIA, a waking dream of Mexico.
Escape to an imaginary Mexico – a sumptuous world suspended between dreams and reality. Smoothly passing from an old movie set to the ocean to a smoky dance hall or an arid desert, LUZIA cleverly brings to the stage multiple places, faces and sounds of Mexico taken from both tradition and modernity. The delightfully imaginative and visually stunning show will see brand new acts and breath-taking production, never before used by Cirque du Soleil at The Royal Albert Hall, including incorporating rain into acrobatic and artistic scenes.
The arrival of LUZIA next year marks 30 years since Cirque du Soleil first brought its captivating magic and awe-inspiring acrobatics to the UK. Cirque du Soleil’s World renowned circus has brought wonder and delight to over 150 million people in more than 300 cities and 6 continents.
Book now to see the European Premiere of the spectacular Luzia at an iconic London venue.
Spectacular. Daring display of acrobatic excellence with humour. Only concern was the short interruption.
Amazing performance and not disappointed. It did start off a bit slow, but as the performance went on... it got better. Amazed with the props also. Would definitely love to see another cirque du soleil show in the future.
We were expecting a fabulous show and we got it! It kept us on the edge of our seats throughout - "Surely he's not going to...? - but he did! "How is it possible to do that?" - but we had just watched her do it, time and again! And we loved the beautiful horse and thirsty leopard, who lapped the water in the pool with his tongue! Thank you for a fantastic afternoon!
Absolutely amazing as always. A remarkable group of individuals. Very brave very talented. Thank you
Fantastic from start to finish. Very vibrant, very funny clown all well orchestrated throughout. Something for the whole family. EXCELLENT well done.
Unlike its predecessors, we found this rather slow and a bit boring other than the sheet of water that caused some sensation. The performers were excellent but the show lacked a certain oomph.
Fantastic show first time seeing Cirque du soleil. Will definitely be there next year
Brilliant- just a shame others don’t go for the pure enjoyment but feel the need to photo and film the whole performance, at times ruining for the ones sat directly behind them. Wish they have a no phones policy!
Great performances - what amazing athletes and entertainers- slightly odd interludes between the action with cacti etc - a feel good show but for me slightly disjointed. Plus too far away to get the full impact.
We took our boys for my sons 13th birthday and we all sat mesmerised the whole way through. The whole show was incredible a pure delight. The sheer strength and timing of the performers is mind blowing. The costumes, theme, music what a wonderful way to spend a special evening and make memories that will stay with us all forever. A must see!
I have been seen several CDS shows to date but this is one of their weakest. Story, music, tricks, acrobatics, etc all felt lacklustre compared to their other shows. Disappointing given the high price the ticket commands...
The show was wonderful, from the music, costume, set design, outstanding water features and the magical acrobatics.
Unbelievable show, amazing sound, visuals and talent! This show appeals to all of your senses and is just superb! We were at their show last year also, the theme was different but was also an amazing show. We have great time and I can't recommend this show enough...
A party of 10 and we all loved it. Quite amazing.
two words only ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!
Just a breathtaking and amazing show. Good mix of acts, music and humour. Very clever and exceptional well delivered.
The show was fantastic ..... the seats (Row 1 15 and 16) for a 6'4 man not of slight frame, were excruciatingly painful.
Massive and enjoyable
Book this last minute not really knowing what it was about, and we weren’t disappointed. Absolutely unbelievable. The skill involved is beyond human. Your heart is in your mouth most of the time. Well worth the money.
It was spectacular, exciting and breathtaking.
Ive seen alot of Cirque du soleil shows and I have to say this is one of the most colourful ones. Loved the water fall Horse and Beautiful leopard. Thanks again for a great show.
The show was very good and entertaining. My 20 year old son and I enjoyed it immensely. We go every year to the Royal Albert Hall to see the Cirque du Soleil shows and we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it!
Just incredible. Reccommended to all.
An absolutely breath taking experience. Completely mesmerized with the levels of human dexterity showcased with perfection, elegance, grace and beauty. Kudos to the talented team.
My first ever show and I had a blast. The venue was easy yo find and amazing in it's own right and the show was WOW. I highly recommend you go to see it
Had a lovely time. Suitable for all ages and tastes
This was our first Cirque Du Soleil show and it exceeded our expectations in every way. We enjoyed every moment and 2 hours flew by. Can't wait to see them again.
Amazing show. Loads of fun for the entire family.
Very entertaining and skillful show.
As usual slick and ingenious staging. Technology used to great effect. SOME. amazing and skilled performers. But it’s the same old cirque. It’s not bad but apart from the electronically controlled after cascade which is very clever and a rotating stage in the round which makes views from all areas good there is nothing new for regular cirque visitors. Seemed to be a relatively short second half total show about 1 hour 30 of which 50% was live performers the rest was a jumble of a clown walking cactus and a lady in good voice singing Mexican sounding stuff. For a first time cirque person it’s good but overall I feel they are getting lazy now perhaps too many shows around the world has diluted their talent pool and have exhausted that amazing innovation and uniqueness they had some years Ago. Shame really but it’s lie those tv programmes that run and run but die from repeating the formula too many times.
Fantastic show, so much skill! Loved it!
Incredible show!! It was my first cirque du soleil experience but definitely not my last. Talented performers and stunning set!
I have seen many of Cirque du Soleil's shows and this is definitely one of the best Loved ever minute of this and gasped throughout at the talent of so many of the cast It always amazes me that the are so multi talented Definitely worth the price
This is the 3rd Cirque Du Soleil we have seen and each time they are very different but equally fabulous. I cant wait to see a 4th :)
From beginning to end the show gripped you by the seat of your pants ! Have never seen such a wonderful show . Colourful , funny and moving . Amazing acrobatics, fabulous water spectaculars and of course the contortionist fascinating to watch him twist and turn if a little macabre . Loved the way the stage rotated so everyone got to see from all angles All in the beautiful surroundings of the Albert Hall . Have looked to go again but of course all the best seats have gone. Will be on look out for when they return undoubtably the best show I have ever been to .
A wonderful, really inspiring breathtaking experience. A show for all the family to remember and talk about with amazement and wonder.
Had an amazing time brilliant enjoyed it alot
Fabulous show would highly recommend
Excellent show, great seats
Not quite as exciting as previous shows however the artists are truly amazing.
Although this offering from Cirque is more thematic than the more expected ‘narrative’, as usual it was visually spectacular and beautifully executed. Costumes and set design was unique and innovative and many of the acts breathtaking. Fabulous as usual, well worth seeing!
Absolutely great show
3rd cirque show that we have seen and were certainly not disappointed. Not got a clue what the story was about, but never do with cirque, but the performers, music and breathtaking stunts were truly amazing. Couldn’t fault the experience
Excellent show. Every act was superb and a most enjoyable experience.
Absolutely fantastic, upbeat joyful and professional
Plenty of action in this great show. Some very skilled performers. And taking place in the Albert Hall is a real bonus.
Cirque du soliel always provide a good performance. This one however is probably my least favourite so far. The time seems to be filled up a lot with audience participation style acts than the more heart jumping risky performances from the acrobats etc. A few technical difficulties such as mic failures.
As ever, Cirque du Soleil was fabulous.
