Standing tall on the south bank of the River Thames, nothing says iconic like The London Eye. Set in the heart of the London Capital you can get up close to Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament and Buckingham palace and see as far as Windsor Castle on a clear day. 

Don’t wait to take flight. Skip most of the queues with Fast Track entry. Fast Track entry is the quickest way to get up in the air.

Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase their ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.  

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reason only two wheelchairs are allowed per capsule and a maximum of eight wheelchairs in total are allowed on the London Eye at any one time. 

Once you have booked your ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing (please quote your order reference)

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

Open every day: Mon-Fri 11am-18:00; Sat-Sun: 10am-20:30

Extended Opening hours during school holidays: 10am to 20h30 (last rotation)

Closed on Xmas Day

Closed for 10 days in January for annual maintenance (2020 dates to be confirmed)

Where Do I Go

The London Eye is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster.

Waterloo is the closest tube station to The London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank.

Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach The London Eye. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge.

Westminster tube station is the closest station to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. From Westminster tube station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
