Access Information

Disabled guest should purchase a standard ticket and will qualify for one complimentary helper ticket. The free ticket for the helper should be requested on arrival at the attraction upon presentation of proof of disability.  

The attraction is wheelchair accessible. For health and safety reason only three wheelchairs are allowed on the cruise at any one time. 

Once you have booked your river cruise ticket, we recommend booking your wheelchair timeslot in advance by emailing customer.services@londoneye.com (please quote your order reference)

Unfortunately we are unable to admit mobility scooters into the attraction.

This is a circular cruise without stops (boarding and disembarking at The lastminute.com London Eye pier only)

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over. 

Audio commentaries are available on a first come first serve basis in French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Russian, Japanese and Mandarin.

Suitable in all weathers due to covered and sun deck seating.

How Does It Work

Go to The lastminute.com London Eye Pier at least 15 minutes prior to the time shown on your e-ticket. 

Present your e-ticket to a member of staff (either printed or on a mobile device) and you will be scanned in before boarding the cruise.

What Should I Expect

The lastminute.com London Eye River Cruise departs from the pier below the London Eye. It is an award winning 40-minute sightseeing cruise and travels passed the houses of parliament and all the way to Tower Bridge and back. 

The cruise ticket includes a souvenir guide map (available in seven languages)  and access to tThe lastminute.com London Eye 4D experience.

Open every day: Mon-Fri 11am-6pm; Sat-sun: 10am - 8:30pm

Extended Opening hours during school holidays: 10am to 20h30 (last rotation)

Closed on Xmas Day

Closed for 10 days in January for annual maintenance (2020 dates to be confirmed)

Where Do I Go

The lastminute.com London Eye is located within easy walking distance from several London Underground stations: Waterloo, Embankment, Charing Cross and Westminster. 

Waterloo is the closest tube station to The lastminute.com London Eye. Waterloo is about five minutes walking distance. Exit the station following signs for the South Bank. 

Embankment and Charing Cross stations are close together on the north side of the River Thames. Both tube stations are a ten-fifteen minute walk to reach The lastminute.com London Eye. From the station, cross over Hungerford Bridge. 

Westminster tube station is the closest station to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. From Westminster tube station, take exit one and follow signs for Westminster pier.
