I found the Ideal Home Show disappointing. I had expected to be shown cutting edge interiors and amazing technology but in fact it was a mixture of high street furniture shops, a rather average show home found on any new housing estate and a sad looking market featuring cheap clothes. I remember going in the early 70s when it was far more exciting. Not worth the money.
