DIVORCED. BEHEADED. LIVE IN CONCERT!
From Tudor queens to pop princesses, the six wives of Henry VIII finally take the mic to tell their tale, remixing five hundred years of her-storical heartbreak into a 75-minute celebration of sisterly sass-itude.
Following last year’s sell out pop-concert musical, SIX returns triumphantly to the Arts Theatre powered by an all-female band.
★★★★★ "This show is perfection" - Everything Theatre
Absolutely amazing show from start to finish.we travelled over from Ireland as a 16th birthday present for my daughter.we had front row seats and the icing on the cake was when Danielle took her phone onstage to record!!
Such an uplifting musical!! Loved the entire show, would definitely see it again!
Brilliant show! Lively, colourful, great singing all round entertainment! Loved it, thanks.
This is the second time we have been to see Six. First time we sat in the slip seats which had a great view and this time in the front row. Anne of Cleves made me get up and dance with her which was fun but embarrassing. The show is absolutely fantastic and would want to go again and again.
Absolutely great, enjoyed it from the first minute to the last. We had a smile on our faces all the way through
Fantastic performance from truly talented ladies!
Fantastic as always... Even though new tutors it was a great show. I bought a friend Fife her birthday and she loved it.
Loved the music. Loved the words. Loved the performance. Such energy, humour and just great entertainment. So clever!
I love this show! Well acted and performed by an all-girl cast and band. Very catchy dance-pop songs on the theme of Henry VIII's six wives as a girl group! I do hope this musical doesn't fade into obscurity.
Absolutely outstanding!! The girls can sing ! Fun, entertaining, educational, just brilliant 👍
Fab afternoon for me and 2 eleven year olds. The show was packed and everyone was on their feet Music great and a fun girl band Good entertainment, clever words and slick. Highly recommend
Even if you are not a fan of musicals - you will like this one
I saw this with my sister on 09/01/2019, were sat on the very front row. Honestly, we were blown away with it all. The music and script are both fantastically written, the cast & band are all incredibly talented, and the stage space was really well used! I can see why this show's garnered such a following, and deserves as much high praise as it gets. If you haven't seen it, and are considering getting tickets, get them! You won't regret it!
This is a brilliant musical and you really should consider seeing it. On stage there are the six wives and four musicians. There are no costume or scenery changes. Right from the off I was engrossed. The wives sing and dance constantly. They do not wear Tudor costumes, instead contemporary design, similar but each has their own identity. I wondered at first how I was supposed to know who was each wife but this became clear very soon. The Arts Theatre where this was held is quite small, about 350 people but this made it all the better. The facial expressions and movement of the wives was amazing and I think it would not have the same impact in a large theatre. My wife and I wondered if it would all be lost if you did not know who each wife was and what happened to them as this is historically correct. Only one disappointment. It finished too soon, at a little under 90 minutes. Maybe it would loose it’s impact if it was longer.
Absolutely loved this. Cast were brilliant, amazing voices. And the lyrics/ script was excellent. Great music you can really get behind. Great performance all round.
I went to this show last night at the Arts these in London’s West End and it was glorious! So we’ll done - very impressed with it!
Had no preconceptions or any idea of what to expect and was completely blown away - we’ll done girls you are BRILL 🤩
I took my 14 year old daughter for her birthday she had been going on for months and months about this show. Wasn’t sure what to expect but omg is all I can say is it was amazing totally amazing from the costumes to the singing, the six girls were all fantastic singers, the band was awesome and I really need a pair of those sparkly boots they were awesome thank you so much for a brilliant performance.
Really enjoyed the show! The ladies were amazing!!!
Would highly recommend!
I really enjoyed this performance. This was a really interesting take on Henry VIII six wives and it told all of their stories and hardships clearly overall It was an entertaining musical about Henry’s six wives .
Felt like a party! Really engaging and fun for everyone.
The show was amazing, I take my family to see a musical every Christmas and this one was up with the top ones we have seen. All round entertainment. We all loved it
Stunning performances, good music, great little theatre all together makes for a fantastic show.
Amazing, fabulous, brilliant. Musical of decade. Queens super talented and very funny. Going again in March: can"t wait.
Sassy, sharp, witty - brilliant!!
Fantastic show with six talented singers and dancers telling their stories as a wife of Henry VIIIth Foot stomping fast paced fun
Love this show. This was my 3rd time. Very cleverly written and the singers were amazing. Danielle was phenominal!
Brilliant a must see.
A wonderful show. Everything was fabulous the wives, the band, the costumes. Very clever and funny. And actually being only 75 mins long was a bonus as we were visiting from Australia and had other things to do
Had read the reviews and been told it was good, bit good does not even get close to how great it was. Funny, fairly raunchy, not for the very young but absolutely amazing. It is a shame that performers that talented do not earn the big bucks that these run of the mill pop stars who can't really song earn. Pretty certain, ok positive we will be back. Good luck to Vicky Mancer who will be missed. Courtney was bloody brilliant as Anne Boleyn.
Best show I have seen!
Fantastic show, lively show from start to finish, educational in a fun way. Brilliant would recommend .
I went with my 15 year old daughter and it was an amazing show. It's fun for all ages , especially if you know your history, it's very funny. Even if you don't know the history, the singing is great.
Amazing! The vocals, the costumes, the energy was all so good! The show is funny and clever and I would highly recommend it.
Really, really good! You MUST go and see it.

Took my 15 year old daughter, we thought it was fantastic!!! An absolute ingenious way to get across the wives stories. I would highly recommend. Massive thumbs up from us.
Everyone of the wives had brilliant voices, the original girl power group as everyone on stage is female. Loved the boots, we all want a pair 👍
It was an amazing night such a brilliant show - I enjoyed every minute of it and can’t wait to go again
Loved it so much the entire cast are incredible and my girlfriend and I were smiling and mouthing along! The cast were so interactive and kept coming back to our side because they knew we were singing along!! Would recommend to everyone.
It was the best musical I've ever seen. Full of fun and even some tears to shed. Natalie May Paris is a STAR period.
Wow, absolutely loved it. I didn’t want it to end. Brilliant performers and singers. Girl power!!
Great songs , but no props, and a low budget production.
Awsom must see again...
Great vocals. Fun, easy, quick. Enjoyed much more than expected. Just want to see it again
Great show, great venue. Absolutely loved it!
I bought tickets for my wife as a birthday present as she wanted to watch the show. I tagged along not really knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and would happily watch the show again. All six singers had fantastic voices, the songs were lively and upbeat. The dialogue very tongue in cheek, and made me smile throughout the show. An extremely enjoyable musical and excellent value for money.
