Mais ouis, mais ouis, the world may have changed a lot since 1981 when we first bid a jovial ‘au revoir’ to the Trotters of Peckham, but good ‘ol Del Boy, Rodney and the rest of the gang haven’t changed a bit... well, apart from the odd spontaneous bursting into song here, and the occasional dancing across the market, there.

The record-breaking and top-rated television series Only Fools and Horses undoubtedly holds a special place in the hearts of the British public. Now Jim Sullivan has teamed up with comedy giant Paul Whitehouse to adapt the iconic series into a brand-new, home-grown British Musical spectacular. Lovely Jubbly!

Book, Lyrics and Original Music by Paul Whitehouse & Jim Sullivan. Based on the programme ‘Only Fools and Horses’ written by John Sullivan. Additional music by John Sullivan & Chas Hodges. Directed by Caroline Jay Ranger.

Absolutely brilliant adaption,so many stories to tell which would have been impossible. Del Boy was spot on, grandad for me was the best interpretation with a special mention to Boyce who got the Boyce laugh spot on. At the end Uncle Albert appeared and he added something extra to the show. Rodney my wife and I agreed never ever got the voice or character but did dress like him. Overall a very enjoyable night. Thank you William Carter.

We love the sitcom and enjoyed the show a lot. I would like to a comment about the bizarre behaviour by one staff member. In the interval my partner walked around the corridors looking for the toilet. To explain: my partner does have a slightly wobbly walk. So this security chap (wire in ear, dark glasses et all) followed him for a while and then asked "How much have you had to drink?" My partner replied 'what do you want from me'.. it was all really strange. There was a female staff member as well who then said to her colleague to leave it, they both walked off and left us standing. How odd - what was that about?? Apart from the fact that we did not consume any alcohol, isn't it strange to be stopped and quizzed like that. The guy could have said 'Are you alright' or 'Can I help you with anything' .... But blurting out 'How much have you had to drink' like he was talking to his teenage son was simply ridiculous. It spoilt the second half for us a bit as we could not get the incident out of our minds.
