We went to see Stickman with our 2 year old, who is a great fan of the book. Whereas the film stays incredibly close to the book, the theater performance had some creative add-ons, which we really enjoyed. 2 years old might a bit on the young side for the performance. The theater on its own was already so impressive, that it was hard to get any response, but towards the end she got totally involved and visibly enjoyed it.
I took my grandchildren aged 6 and 4 to see Stick Man. They both love the story & loved the show. They both were singing along to the songs, laughed & danced in their seats. It was a great show for young children and also very enjoyable for myself & daughter. A great little theatre with friendly staff.
Stick man was magical. Our 2.5 year old loved it. Great venue too plenty of space for wondering toddlers although they were all engrossed!
We had a great time at stick man, the show kept my 4 year old entertained and the actors really interacted! Highly recommended
Excellent, really well pitched and grownups and children all enjoyed it.
This is the third time I have seen this - all on different years. this years performance was not a patch on last years. My 18/12 old grandson was captivated last year but wasn't this year. The lady was too hard to hear.
This is a fantastic production of stick man. My daughter was enthralled and the actors are all amazing, versatile and engaging. Perfect for young children and their grown ups too.
Took my four year old twin boys and they loved it. Duration was just right and the kids are able to get involved and shout stuff out. My children loved the songs and the slapstick comedy.
Brilliant show, so cleverly executed! Captured the attention of our 3 and 1 year old, and us adults throughly enjoyed it too. Thank you
Really enjoyable and fun. Kids loved it.
My 4 year old loved seeing this show. Great interpretation of the book, had us all laughing
Great viewing for young children. Interactive and entertaining. Also not too long which is great!
Three generations all had a really good morning with the three year old engrossed. The actors looked committed and involved the children as much as possible.
We feel ripped off. I was looking forward to a theatrical experience. I wondered what the sets would be like and how they would set the atmosphere. Well there weren't any sets. Just 3 actors on a bare stage. It could have been in a multi-story car park. What did we pay for? These shows are booked solid so where's the money going? The story is burnt into our brains but they left major parts out like delivering the toys 'to fast asleep girls and to fast asleep boys'. My 3 year certainly noticed. Other (boring) parts of the story were expanded to enable song and dance routines. Hardly a magical xmas experience.
Having seen nearly every type of children's theatre going, this was below average. Both me and my 3 year old left feeling disappointed. A very different experience from the last show we saw Going On Bear Hunt which he talked about for weeks
Our daughter (almost 3) was engrossed throughout the show. It was poetic and funny, with interactive moments. And the music was very good.
We took four kids aged 3 and 4 and they all really enjoyed it.
Very good. Both my 4 year old and 9 year old loved it. And it made my mun cry!!
Gorgeous! We all loved it. Would totally recommend it. Such a great cast! Don’t miss it.
"I loved the singing" Ellis 3 years old A perfect start to Christmas celebrations. Very sweet! Funny for children and adults! Great interactions with the audience. We would have loved to have been covered in 'snow' too! Very accommodating staff
We took our three children (5, 3 and 17 months) to see stick man yesterday and I can honestly say it was a lovely experience, very classy, very clever how it’s done by clearly very talented individuals. Our kids all loved it. Even the baby who we were a bit worried about, lovely theatre too. I don’t give it a 5 as there was a little bit of a wow factor missing - but I think that’s because it’s not meant to be stick man as a believable stick etc - it’s a man playing him with a toy and this is exactly why it is so clever
A great show both for the adult and child. Loved the fact the it was interactive for the children. A must see.
I thought it was a great show- true to the book yet full of entertaining songs & a bit of audience participation. My toddler loves the book & they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. I am so glad I booked tickets for it
My almost three year old loves books and loves this story but really struggles to concentrate for long. But this really captivated him for an hour and we both thoroughly enjoyed the songs and adaptation of such a great story. Wonderful, talented actors too.
Good clean family fun, enjoyed the music and audience participation, storyline easy to follow, very enjoyable for young and old alike
My 3 year old loved this production...good family fun and our seats were moved a few rows closer to the stage so even better
Excellent show, great songs which played around in my head for days. My 4 year old grandson was enthralled!
Fantastic show with all the essentials to keep little ones hooked. We loved the music and umbrellas. And the acting was super. Well done team! X
My child enjoyed it a lot!
We enjoyed the stick man and thought it was all acted out and true to the book! The interaction with the audience was great too!
We loved this show. Took my son (5) who thought the show was really funny, he kept up with the story and even the more grown up humour. He was crying when it had finished. A brilliant production of this wonderful book. Sensitivily recreated for the stage. Loved the music and the general feel of warmth from the actors. Loved the Leicester Square Theatre also. Small and intimate. Thoroughly enjoyed this show. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely, fun and vibrant show
Fun and imaginative and really brings the story to life. My 4 year old loved it and was able to participate and join in with pantomime style responses. The three actors did a great job and were very lively.
My four year was entertained throughout and the adults were too. Great show, overall. Brilliant half term treat!
It was a lovely show, my 6 year old son really enjoyed it. Based on the original story from the book, just added really nice and entertaning music to song a long. The actors and actress did hard job, singing and dancing all the running time through! Their sweats say everything.
Not only my 4 year old enjoyed it but me too. Amazing actors!!! Well done!!

Good To Know
There are quite a lot of stairs at the theatre as the premises are entirely underground.
If you intend to bring a buggy we do suggest that you bring a fold-able one, as this makes navigating the narrow stairs much easier and the theatre has limited storage space.
If you do need any assistance on the stairs please speak to a member of the front of house staff and they will be happy to assist you.
How Does It Work
You will receive a voucher after purchase. Please print and present on arrival.
