Featuring her much-loved songs, TINA, The Tina Turner Musical is written by Olivier Award-winning playwright Katori Hall and directed by the internationally acclaimed Phyllida Lloyd.
Don’t miss this world premiere playing at London’s Aldwych Theatre!
What Is TINA About?
Rock legend Tina Turner has won 11 Grammy Awards. Her live concerts have been seen by millions. She’s sold more concert tickets than any other solo performer in music history. But where did the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll get her start?
TINA, The Tina Turner Musical traces the rockstar from her humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, all the way through to her transformation into an icon of the music world. Presented in association with Turner herself, this new musical tells the story of a woman who didn’t just break the rules, but rewrote them – defying the bounds of age, race, and gender time and time again.

Truly amazing show, one of the best I’ve ever seen! It’s moving, uplifting and inspirational. What a story! What a show! Excellent storytelling and the voices were exceptional. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
A really great performance brilliantly performed by everyone in the cast!!
Beautiful, well done, amazing voice!, touching.
Not bad but wouldn’t go again
Great show, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Amazing show, first half is good, second half is absolutely amazing ! Loved it
It was like watching the real deal. Couldnt have asked for a better night.
I enjoyed watching this show although I found some of the songs a bit pitchy in places.. The dancing and acting was great but if I went to see it again I would sit further back to get more of a overall view.
Tina the musical is a good show we went to an afternoon show and the theatre was almost sold out ( only 2 seats in the stalls empty) All here songs but it really does not get going till the second half, and at the end all the theatre was up on their feet joining in. So over all a good day out.
What can I say apart from I've just had one of the bestest nights of my life. Took my daughter for her birthday to see Tina Turner Musical,we laughed, cried, sang and clapped our way through the whole show. Incredibly moving, and humourous in parts, makes you, laugh, cry and want to sing and get up and dance all in one night!! . Fabulous performance by the actress who potrays Tina! Wow!!! Worthy of an Olivier award ! Wonderful cast, wonderfully acted, fantastic band /orchestra.. This woman IS Tina Turner, hard to believe by the end that she isn't the actual Tina Turner. Great show, don't miss it!, A must for Tina Turner fans! Great atmosphere during the show .. Buy your tickets now!! This show is a sell out show.

Bought tickets as a surprise birthday present for a dear friend. We had an absolutely wonderful afternoon. The musical was superb, the cast extremely talented. It put smiles on our faces and we especially enjoyed the section at the end with the audience up on their feet and joining in. If you like Tina Turner's music it's a must. If you just want to see a show to lift spirits you have to go!!!
Simply The Best from beginning to end
This is the second time we have seen the show and it was just as fantastic! It is full of energy and life from start to finish. Telling the sometimes hard to watch story of Tina’s early life at home and with Ike which she battles against to survive and turn around. A must see show!
Wow what a show from start to finish. My husband and I totally loved it.
Excellent show performances were amazing!
That was money well spent and the rain was nothing. I grew up with Tina's music and the musical did her proud. Well done to the participants xxxxx
Really enjoyed this show, an emotional journey through Tina Turner's life
Everything was very overpriced £10 for a brochure £7 for a half filled plastic cup and there were 3 of us,one set of toilets only had 2 cubicles ridiculous!

I booked this for a friends birthday and she absolutely loved it, so much so that she has rebooked to go back! Fantastical, in every way
Loved the whole show.
It’s my second time watching this amazing show. And it still makes me want to get up and dance and not wanting it to end. I took my husband to this show and even he had to hold back the tears. He can’t stop talking about it. The story itself is amazing and the singing is like having Tina Turner there. Wow wow wow
Amazing show Great music singing and energy !
The show was excellent, so enjoyed it and the cast, especially "Tina" was so very talented. Would definitely recommend.
I saw this show with my family we all thought it was amazing. Well worth seeing.
Fantastic performance from start to finish. The whole cast were fantastic, great singers and dancers, the lead really convincing as Tina
Great show and venue. It was very hot in the theatre. During in interval I queued 15-20 mins to get a drink. When I got to the bar it closed. There was about 10-15 people behind me. I didn’t want alcohol I just wanted bottled or tap water because of the heat. There was a elderly lady behind me who was also thirsty. Could really of done with more bar staff or jugs of tap water on the bar . As much as I enjoyed the second half I couldn’t wait to get out and get a drink.
Just brilliant. It is as if the real Tina Turner is there performing.
Wow! What a show!! This show really is one of the best I have ever seems a must see show. I would see it again in a heartbeat. Well done everyone. Your Amazing.
