What is TINA - The Tina Turner Musical about?

Rock legend Tina Turner has won 11 Grammy Awards. Her live concerts have been seen by millions. She’s sold more concert tickets than any other solo performer in music history. But where did the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll get her start?

TINA, The Tina Turner Musical traces the rockstar from her humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, all the way through to her transformation into an icon of the music world. Presented in association with Turner herself, this new musical tells the story of a woman who didn’t just break the rules, but rewrote them – defying the bounds of age, race, and gender time and time again.

As we are spanish citizens we request you to exchange our tickets as it was a birthday present for my husband. With the crisis of Coronavirus we decided to not leave to country in case we could spread the virus. You were not allow us to do it, so we are really disapointed with your inhumanitarian decision

From start to finish this musical was exciting and entertaining. The cast were spot on epecially with their southern American accents which are hard to replicate. To be honest I'm not a theatre goer but our country music festival we go to ever year got cancelled so we decided to see Tina the musical at the last minute and I'm so glad we did! This is for people that are regular theatre lovers or first timers alike. Highly recommend

I enjoyed the show but was very disappointed with being told not to clap or sing (basically not move) during the songs. Made for a very serious/uptight atmosphere the whole way through.
