What Is TINA About?

Rock legend Tina Turner has won 11 Grammy Awards. Her live concerts have been seen by millions. She’s sold more concert tickets than any other solo performer in music history. But where did the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll get her start?

TINA, The Tina Turner Musical traces the rockstar from her humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, all the way through to her transformation into an icon of the music world. Presented in association with Turner herself, this new musical tells the story of a woman who didn’t just break the rules, but rewrote them – defying the bounds of age, race, and gender time and time again.

Hi, The show was fantastic, the story line had pace but was very informative as to Tina's early life. The episode with Ike was very well portrayed showing (without being too graphic) the amount of abuse she suffered over the years with him. As the character grew through the story the music became more powerful and towards the it was like being at a Live Tina Turner concert absolutely amazing. Thank you

Saw the show on Saturday . It was fantastic , will definitely see it again . The only down side was the seating , The grand circle which we new leg room was a little tight and seats a bit on the small side , not ideal if you are a larger person as my husband had only half a seat due to the person next to him so the first half of the show he didn’t enjoy . Luckily I booked an aisle seat so we could swap seats !! Tickets price was 47.50 each which is pricey for those seats ,I could of got a box for 60 .00 each . the view to the stage was pretty good however I did put my glass on . Fab show
