1. Seat O4 should not be sold at all as view was fully (not partially) blocked 2. Seat P5 was alright but a guy with big hair sat in front of me and view was blocked as well.
Wish l had paid more money for better seats. Great show, but spoilt a little, but nothing serious.
The show was superb and very friendly helpful staff.
It was an amazing performance, took my mum for her birthday. She absolutely loved it.
Wow! This performance left me speechless with tears in my eyes.
Thank you so much for this Musical for all your hard work of the actors and directors and everybody else who made that happen! Great job doing it every night and make people smile! Love you all!
The show itself was fine, I'm sure, if you like opera. I learnt it not really my thing... but I'm not reviewing that here as that's a matter if taste. I'm reviewing the seats we paid £70 for. Paid full wack, no warning re obstructed view. Could see the front of the stage and was too far away. We were in grand circle seats D23 & D24
Very entertaining and enjoyable. Staff at the theatre were very friendly.
Excellent show...I have seen it 10 times in 3 languages and I never have enough
This production was beyond expectations! The music, the cast, the set, was incredible. Will recommend to everyone and will go again.
Such an incredible and moving performance ! Must see !
My partner booked for us to see Phantom of the Opera for our first anniversary. It was a truly amazing experience!! The production was captivating, the theatre stunning and the staff were friendly and cheerful. Want to see it again!!! I
What a brilliant show, pure talent. Hooked from start to finish!
The show was fantastic with amazing music and strong acting from the cast. A lot of hard work went into this production.
Quite good but poor visibility
Came down with the wife from Scotland, just to see this show. It did not disappoint and we had a wonderful time. The cast were awesome.e and projected humour and emotion so well that my wife and I were left tearful. Many thanks to everyone.
The best! show I've been to :))
I went with my boyfriend, from Spain, to see the musical. We were sitting on file Q, sits 2 and 3, and we couldn’t see ANYTHING cause there was a column in front of us, and I’m 152 cms taller, and the people in front were so much taller so I didn’t see anything, I had to move my head to both sides all the time to try to see. And the price for that sittings weren’t cheap to can’t see a thing (52€ each one, £48) Also, There was a scene where Charlotte wear a real animal fur scarf, and that was totally unnecessary, all I could see was baby dead foxed moving up and down around the stage, I couldn’t enjoyed it at all.
Not usually a fan of musical theatre, but have totally changed my mind after seeing this production! Utterly brilliant, loved it!
First time to an opera and wasn't disappointed.
My fifth time of seeing Phantom and it never ceases to impress. I am sure I will be back.
Phantom of the opera is one of the best musicals I have seen, the acting and the music are just wonderful
Was excellent from start to finish
Theatre superb and show is out of this world would go again and recommend to anyone
Fırstly, I will begin with my comments for reception. I have struggled to download my e-tickets due to my bad wifi connection and even though the email shos all the details of the tickets purchased, I was told to pay £1.5 for printing out the tickets. It was insane and not kind at all to ask an extra charge on the reception desk when you pay loads of money for such a show! We did not like the theathre house as the seats are located in a way that districts the view and it was too narrow for a person with long legs. It was very uncomfortable! The drinks we had was not good and tasty at all and we payed too much for a glass of wine which was very very annoying! The show was great, we loved the music, show, the technology used at the scene, and admired the abilities of the actor and actresses. It was unforgettable!
I saw the Phantom of the Opera more than 20 years ago and the excitement was the same last wednesday. Still beautifull voices and beautiful scenography too. 32 years and not became old, this is the secret.
Overall the production was enjoyable. Surprised at the use of the mics - but thoroughly impressed with actors skills and vocal range.
Brilliant , very intense , thoroughly enjoyed it !
I loved the show in all possible ways. The singing, the action and the orchestra. Just enjoyed it so much! The theater itself is lovely
Never been opera went with my wife couldn't have chosen a better show fantastic evening.
Extraordinary showing of such a much loved classic. Vibrant, incredibly dramatic, exquisite singing, humour, drama pathos and of course the wondrous lyrical melodies and poems. 2 hours of fantasy.
Amazing, absolutely Amazing
So good! Must see!
This has been the best experience I have ever had in London, let alone the theatre! I was amazed at the talent of the men and women of this production. The women at parts even managed to belt out a few whistle notes which blew me away, don’t think they even needed mics, there fabulous voices would fill any room to the back. The men’s acting and voices were outstanding! The last scene. That showed raw emotion and talent which was the perfect way to end this amazing show. I recommend this highly to anyone who goes to London. Simply brilliant!
My absolute favourite, I have seen it 12 times and I will see it again
I knew nothing about the phantom of the Opera. I only knew about the play from it's reputation. At first I was confused by the singing and story, but it very quickly grew on me. The best part is ofcourse the part where they sing the theme tune. The singing and orchestra music is electrifying. Equally just as good are the magical tricks performed by the phantom and stage tricks, such as how they move and change the sets, so quickly. Blink and you miss how they change the set.
Wow,what a show.Incredible singing, gave me goose bumps,it was a magnificent stage production and musical masterpiece.
My first visit to the theatre in 20+ years and the production was absolutely superb,in every aspect, thank you
First time to the theatre and brought my daughter. Phantom of the Opera has been a favourite of ours on screen. As soon as the orchestra started alone we were in awe. Fabulous musicians and conductor of course! Costumes were spectacular! Cast were so passionate in song. We were enthralled. Also not to forget ushers were very friendly, nice to see :)
The costumes, the staging, the singing, the production. Everything is amazing. It just a great show that everyone should see.
The show did not disappoint at all. Everything from the props, lighting, costumes, cast, singing voices, ballet etc was beyond expectations and the overall experience certainly lingered on even as we took the train home.
Fantastic production! The set and costumes brilliant.
