What a night, I have see The Phantom of the Opera in Sydney, Broadway and now in Her Majesty's theatre, this production of The Phantom of the Opera was far superior. I had Goosebumps and believed I was a part of the whole show for the night. I cant wait to go back and see it when I am in London again. Well done to everyone and a thousand thanks for the most wonderful memories.

I have seen the show before, have two DVD of the show and we felt this production and the singing was average and worse still could not see a third of the key performers performance as they were out of view with the seats that we had. We actually left at intermission. The website gave these seats, 5e 6E grand circle a three star rating for viewing of the show and the opposite side to us one star. The opposite side had an almost direct view of when the key performers went to the side of the stage, we could not see a thing. The singing was average, if you know a little about the show you would have to be disappointment

The show started 40 minutes late due to “technical difficulties”. No one was offered water or told to go outside where it was cooler. It was boiling hot in the auditorium so much so that I almost fainted. I wouldn’t spend money on this again.
