Had to be the best songs in any musical ever and the sets matched the epic score. Don't know why it took me so long to see this show. I'll be going back soon, which will be a first for me.
My husband and I came after I booked for his birthday. The theatre is stunning and the staff were lovely. The show was amazing blew me away they actors and actresses were brilliant. Can’t stop singing the songs 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
I've seen it three times absolutely loved it probably see it again music is so beautiful 5 Stars
The Phantom of the Opera is an brilliant musical. My Grandson and I loved every Minute of the Phantom of the opera. I highly recommend going to see this performance. It was brilliant and so were the cast
This is out 5th time ... we had fantastic seats and were blown away with the details the timing the music ... every single person in the cast is giving 5000 per cent ... it’s my daughters favourite show ever and she’s been going since she was 5 lol .... sing laugh and cry .... just go and fall in love
My partner and I were enthralled from the opening bars of the theme to the final rousing standing ovation. From the lead players to the chorus line all were amazing. The settings, effects and staging were utterly stunning. Having previously seen the incredible effects and staging in both Les Miserables and Miss Saigon, ‘The Phantom’s’ are utterly spectacular.
This was my third experience with this show and I was a little disappointed. The cast were very talented but the performance felt robotic. It felt like it was ‘just another day at the office’ for them. Would have loved to see a bit more feeling.
I have seen the show ten times and every performance is BRILLIANT. Congratulations to ALL the staff for the most wonderful show on the planet!!!!!!
A very good production and quality of acting and singing
It was really magical! We came form Greece to see the phantom of the opera !! It was fantastic!!! The problem was the seats . Our ticket was in grand circle... and for my children it was difficult to see .
Absolutely superb There were four in our party mand we all thought the performance was spectacular, this is our third time of seeing Phantom of the Opera .and have never been disappointed. In any way ..just can’t praise the cast enough ..
It was great!
The only negative experience that I had was the temperature in the theater during the play, which was really low and we were literally freezing!!!!!
We were really looking forward to seeing Phantom of the Opera. We decided this once in a lifetime would be worth splashing out on not the most expensive seats but the second most; Row K in the stalls right in the center where the view would be amazing and perfect. The tickets cost more than the hotel and train tickets. We dressed to the nines and we were so excited. Unfortunately the gentleman in the seat directly in front of us blocked our view considerably. We are quite tall people and always try to sit lower so the people behind us can see but our height could not help with this. My partner sat behind him for the first Act, he didn’t want to make a fuss but could only see the far right or left of the stage. He couldn’t follow the story and could only listen. I swapped for the second Act and I watched it with my head horizontally in the aisle. I couldn’t see the left part of the stage and apart from the discomfort and neck pain I could follow the story. If we didn’t have that aisle I would have missed everything. Everyone behind must have thought it was hilarious.
NOT What i have expected
We bought the tickets sometime ago and these were the last few available for Saturday. On the website it did show the column but there was no mention of the ceiling so we ended up not able to see anything that was at high level, the column was not an issue. We are so annoyed and disappointed that we missed so much as the cast were brilliant. Not worth the money we spent on the theatre tickets, trains and taxis! This was suppose to be a treat for our wedding anniversary but the day was ruined.
Great show. Have seen it before but this performance and cast was outstanding. In particular the Phantom, his voice and performance was AMAZING!!
Excellent moving music made the hair on my arm stand up
It was AMAZING!!! Their voices made me hold my breath!
Brilliant, fantastic, what more can I say
Beautiful performance. We were taken into a different world. It felt like we were watching a cinema. The set design is a masterpiece and the actors are very talented
The performance was excellent
The show was fantastic, all of the cast and crew truly excelled... fabulous, definitely going to come and watch it again 😊
It was really the most astonishing play I've ever seen!!!! It's definitely a five star play!!!
Great show, but seat is not that great.
It was amazing and fantastic we really enjoyed it
If you have not seen it, go! If you have already seen it, go again!
Absolutely phenomenal! It has always been a dream of mine to see the show and it did not disappoint! My partner and I loved every minute and, as a fan of the show, it was great to see how the adaptation performed on West End. It gave a lot of new impressions and avenues to look at. Simply phenomenal! Would recommend to anyone to see at least once!!
I had never seen the show Before or watched the film and I was Absolutely blown away, was the most magical emotional show I’ve ever seen!
It’s clearly a masterpiece. Song after song is memorable and impactful. Fans of music should experience phantom at least once in their lives.
Exceeded all expectations, cast were all impeccable
What a fantastic show! The stage set was amazing especially the Chandelier! However we were a little disappointed by the view from our seats on row C 3 & 4 . Although these seats were not the cheapest they were certainly a restricted view as the actors were always on the right hand side of the stage which you could not see I would advise to book seats on the left side of the Grand Circle to get a much better view
It was "Nightmare to the Opera" but Phantom saved the day. Southern rails"wood on the line" involved a 30 mile car dash, a bus, train to Victoria and two tube trains! 15 years since last saw the show, it has changed obviously, but still entrancing. Friend who hates musicals, was overwhelmed by the music and the sets. Will be back.
My granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed Phantom of the Opera at Her Majesty’s Theatre. It was a wonderful experience that we will remember forever.
What a great experience. I was drawn in from the intro. I was mesmaorised by the performance of all the cast. I am not a musical fan but I treated my partner to the show for our year anniversary date night and I was surprised at how much I loved the Phantom. It was a SPECTACULAR performance all round.
Just a spectacular show - timeless story and amazing actors and singers

Outstanding! Great actors, voices, show, music, flying decorations! Would like to come again, recommend to everyone!
