You will receive a confirmation email with your voucher attached.
The voucher will include your booking reference for the theatre performance you have booked and also your Planet Hollywood voucher instructions. You must show this confirmation at BOTH the restaurant and the theatre - we suggest you print the voucher TWICE.
For the SHOW your voucher is your ticket of admission. You must present the voucher at the theatre, we recommend you arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before the show to settle into your seats.

First of all the meal was gorgeous! Planet Hollywood is a fab place to eat filled with lots of movie memorabilia and the staff are incredibly friendly. Food was delicious, no complaints at all. The show, well that was something else, two rows from the front, stunning cast, beautiful performance! Could not recommend this highly enough

From start to finish this was an astounding experience, and the highlight of our honeymoon. We intend to go again. The music and atmosphere was phenomenal, nothing we have ever experienced before

This was the first time we visited the show, everything was good. I was so touched when I heard the theme song from the actor. Each performer was very professional. It's highly recommended to visit here if you are in London.

My wife and daughter took me to London as a birthday treat to see phantom of the opera and lunch at Planet Hollywood. A fantastic day was had by all, great food at PH, fantastic seats for a brilliant performance of phantom. A truly remarkable day and very good value for money. Will be going again very soon!!

We were late to the restaurant but was still well accommodated. Food was fast and fresh and staff really good. Even had a chocolate brownie with a sparkler as it was my birthday. Plenty of time to get to the show only 100 yards away. Show was phenomenal. Absolutely astounding. We sat in E1/E2 which were perfect for views and comfortable. Overall a perfect day out.

Easy booking. Nipped in to change email reservation to tickets before going for pre theatre meal. One problem only with Her Majesty’s venue is huge queue for ladies loo during the interval. Unbelievable how few loos available.

Booked tickets, very easily via the website to see Phantom of the Opera with fee meal at Planet Hollywood. Seemed too good to be true. I was concerned after booking. But worry not, it was excellent. Great value for London. Had a fabulous meal at the stated time. Drinks were extra, as you would expect, great service, I might add, then saw the show, which was fabulous too, such a thrill to see, had great central seats in the stall area, great view. A perfect evening.

Planet Hollywood is very close to the theatre, it worked very well having a meal before hand. Phantom was exceptional, all the family enjoyed it.

Meal at Planet Hollywood was good value and the service was good.Location was excellent for the theatre. 4 mins walk. Show was excellent. Singing amazing. Really enjoyed it. Sat in row J Saw everything .
