School of Rock - The Musical tickets
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s critically acclaimed Broadway smash-hit School of Rock The Musical is now thrilling London audiences at the New London Theatre.
Based on the 2003 film School of Rock starring Jack Black, School of Rock The Musical tells the story of Dewey Finn, a down-and-out would-be rock star. Posing as a substitute teacher at an elite prep school in an effort to earn some cash, Dewey soon realises that his students have some incredible musical talents. Uniting his fifth graders in one awesome rock group, he sets his sights on the Battle of the Bands.
Recently nominated for a Tony Award for Best New musical, School of Rock The Musical’s sensational score full of pumping rock sounds has been singled out for particular praise. With its original score, including the songs ‘You’re in the Band’, ‘In the End of Time’ and ‘Teacher’s Pet’, its uplifting story and its robust sense of fun, this energetic new musical promises to be another West End triumph for music theatre legend Webber.

The sound was off abit so difficult to hear some thing’s the actors was saying, it was as if the speakers on our side wasn’t functioning properly, actor missed his part on set and you could hear the actor say this behind the stage.
Great show, great cast, great music. Brilliant night out for all. If youve not seen it, you need to! A***
Absolutely fantastic. I was familiar with the movie but this was a show with original music and lyrics. I was knocked out by this. The star had a lot of energy and enthusiasm. The kids were very talented and choreography was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who needs a joy fix. Matthew Hall
Excellent seats could see everything. Funny, lively and entertaining. The children stole the show. Yes the children do play their musical instruments and dance and sing. I want to go and see it again.
A good trip down memory lane from when I watched the School of Rock film with my kids years ago. It's not identical, as should be expected for a play, but it works pretty well. The children were fantastic performers and seemed to enjoy performing. Great to see the musicians in their gallery clapping the performance of the children in the School of Rock.
First time seeing this show and loved it from start to finish. Straight forward storyline to follow, upbeat music and talented children. Would recommend.
One of the best shows. Energetic from start to finish, with amazing and super talented performers.
Great singing, energetic performance, kids were amazing. My son 7 loved the show as much as his parents.
Everything was so well done. The cast. The music. One of a kind. Highly recommended.
it was brilliant
Amazon no from the first minute until the last. Great singing, amazing instrument playing and unbelievable all through.
We loved this show! The kids are amazing and every bit as talented as the adult stars. Would definitely go again
"jack black" character on stage all throughout show , he ran on pure energy , singing , joking , rude bits , acted straight , had kiss ,played that guitar to deaaaaath ! kids were pure energy and cuteness , tabitha who was so shy she couldn't speak ....what a voice when she sang ...tears and oooohs from the audience , brought the house down , magic ...the kids do play those instruments , junior Ronnie woods , pete best , all wrapped in small packages what a show , brilliant , good hearted ,headmistress could sing too .....junior rock!
Truly amazing performance. Lots of energy and an awesome cast and crew 😉 I highly recommend!!!
A great show - very family and child friendly and a lot of children in the audience, however I went with my boyfriend and we enjoyed it just as much as them!! Fantastic film and even better show, very talented cast and it was amazing!
Aaliyah Monk who played summer was expectional, the whole show was amazing but Aaliyah really stood out! She had amazing energy and an equally amazing voice! Children playing instruments were very impressive, especially the young boy on the guitar!
Full of energy right from the start. The lead is brilliant but the children truly amazing.
Really great fun, feel-good, family show! We loved it and would totally recommend! We managed to get tickets with a reduced price deal so even better, as full price seats are quite pricey, but realise that's the cost of putting on a show, especially in London! Get tickets if you can, enjoy!
Adults amazing singing slapstick humour and awesome energy from the kids in the show- what talent!!
Amazing performance from everyone on the stage. I did not want the show to stop. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
A great show for the family, but I don't recall there being inuendo's or gay parents in the film, so I guess that's ALW making it an all inclusive 21st Century production. Little kids will not get some of the jokes, because references are minimal and the live instrumental performances of these young Children is quite amazing, so well worth a watch. If you loved the film, you will definitely enjoy this show.
Hugely talented kids - very entertaining - right balance of humour and delivering a 'life' message. It was great to see the musicians off stage celebrating the talent of the musicians on stage :-)
This show was excellent! My husband and I have totally different taste in musicals but we both loved this show, if your looking for a funny, touching and exciting show full of talent, then make sure you watch this show
Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. My 11 year old and I were astounded by the talented children and the show in general. Want to come back and bring my daughter this time.
The show was fantastic.... The children were great and Very talented..... But the ticket prices are ridiculously expensive, like a lot of Lloyd Webber’s shows and one feels they are being ripped off. Took my grandchildren for their birthday, but had to wait until we could find a reduction in price....
Absolutely FANTASTIC show. Great music, cast, staging, effects used. Absolutely loved the audience participation and the cast interacting with the audience. In fact I couldn’t say anything negative about the show. Would highly recommend this to everyone. It rocks!!!!
High energy, fun musical - a little on the loud side!
my family and I really enjoyed the show its self, we sat in stools row R, brilliant seats, the down side was we had a very young child be hide us, approx age of 4 who continued to kick the back of our chairs, cried and talked all the way through which was very distracting.
It is...aimed at children! It was fun and we all sang along right til the end.
Was not sure if I would enjoy this show, but my word what fun. The whole cast were great - I honestly believe they enjoyed themselves as much as I did. Would thoroughly recommend.
We took our granddaughter to see School of Rock last night as a birthday treat. It was absolutely brilliant. Thinking of going again for another birthday gift later in the year. Weldone guys!
Great performance. Having been walking through London I was afraid of dozing off but it's inconceivable when watching such a show. Witty, hilarious. The best London attraction ever.
The kids really enjoy reading this amazing musical. Good entertainment
Amazing performance, everyone on stage gave it their best and the children were so full of energy. The whole audience participated and the music was fantastic. A definite show to see ❤️
Have never seen the film and booked to take my 13 year old daughter. We were blown away incredible acting and the talent of the children is unbelievable. We were seated in row D of stalls had amazing view but think you’d have a good view in this modern theatre from anywhere. It was incredible thank you so much
Fabulous, awesome, rock heaven with kids! Mind numbing & brilliant.total escapism.
An excellent performance from beginning to end!! Highly recommended
What an amazing show! The children in it are absolutely outstanding!
We loved the show!! Very polished. Full of energy. Yay!
What a great performance and talented cast. A wonderful way to experience a London’s West End.
A great, feel good, thoroughly entertaining show for the whole family.
Excellent show, great music and very enjoyable storyline.
Really enjoyed the school of rock would go again 1st class entertainment
It’s the 2nd we’ve all seen it 2 grandparents, I parent and 4 children. 12, 11, 10 and 7 It was fantastic All the cast and child-musicians were wonderful Fabulous entertainment
Brilliant show !! Very entertaining throughout and funny. The kids are amazing !
Wow!!!!! My husband and I were absolutely enthralled by this AMAZING musical theatre production of the iconic film starring the wonderful Jack Black. We were not disappointed and the live show was just as good, if not better than the film. Stephen Leask was a fabulous Dewy Finn who put his heart and soul into this role. A multi talented guy!!! Florence Andrews made a brilliant Rosalie Mullins. Her vocal gymnastics were to die for and as for her teasing us with Mozart's 'Queen Of The Night' well, what a glorious treat!!!! Thank You for this. The support cast were great in ensemble work. However, those kids should be so very proud of their achievements thus far in the world of musical theatre. Brilliant musicianship evident already and dazzling, but charming nerves of steel. We noticed the adult guys in the band watching the kids with sheer admiration from their place located above ,in the wings, when the school of rock kids were performing without the band safety net!!!! Finally, Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber has cast his magic again. Love the cheeky reference to his musical 'Cats' in this production. We SALUTE YOU SIR ANDREW. Nigel and I want to see the show again and will highly recommend it to all our friends, especially the musical ones ,as we are both musicians and will spread the word to our pupils too, who I know will be truly inspired!!!!!!!!!
What a fantastic show....energy all around. We did not want it to end.
Was such a good show, my whole family enjoyed (have a 9 and 13 ur old) best show we have seen so far
Really loved it very up beat and funny. The whole cast are really great. What an enjoyable way to spend a few hours.
