Fantastic. The costumes were stupendous. So much so, we will be booking the next pantomime at the end of the year. The cast were very funny and we didn't stop laughing the whole time.
The costumes were superb. My kids thought that Diversity were excellent. Julian Clarey is just made for panto.
A very colourful production. Julian Cleary's outfits were fantastic - even more outrageous than last year. Brilliant cast. Great to see Elaine Paige sending herself up. Her voice is terrific. Charlie Stemp was awesome - what a talent! So pleased to see Gary Wilmot back in the limelight.
Wonderful cast but panto not as good as last year. Cinderella was outstanding - we never stopped laughing and talked about it for days. Diversity, while very talented, seemed out of place in a panto.
Absolutely brilliant, my best panto so far. Loved Julian Clary costumes. Also his dry sense of humour Laughed at Gary wilmot when he lost his wig and Nigel havers falling into the scenery. Plus the special effects really good. Diversity were excellent Paul with his puppet kept me entertained I will certainly come back to see next years panto
It’s in the top two show we have seen, it was absolutely brilliant. We loved it.x
An excellent show, the costumes were stunning especially Julian Clary's. A thoroughly enjoyable panto, loved by all the family.
This is the second year my friend and I have been to the London Palladium Panto. The reason for our going, it has to be said, is that I am a life-long Julian Clary fan. He certainly didn't disappoint and commands the stage with his presence. A brilliant supporting cast and special effects, makes this the best panto to see each year.
The last night of any Panto is our favorite because everyone is in high spirits celebrating the end of the run. This was no exception and the fun shone through. Everyone was spectacular and the show was brilliantly presented. I couldn't single out one performance from another, however, Elaine Paige was a revelation - only every seen her in a musical before now. Congratulations to all involved and thank you for a wonderful show. We laughed until the tears rolled!
My family and I came to see Dick Whittington at The Palladium! It was AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back! The only disappointment after booking the tickets directly with The Palladium was the price on the ticket £39.50 and the price I paid £46.61!!! There were six of us so these extra costs left a very bad taste in my mouth!
What a wonderful experience. Fantastic costumes. Marvoulous acting. Would recommend to all
Fantastic show . ! I have been to at least 2pantos every year since I was a baby and Then with my children and grandchildren still doing it and im79 years !! But I've never seen a panto as good as this . . We came from Cardiff mainly to see Julian Clary ( who was fantastic) but were amazed at how good the rest of the cast were .loved Nigel Havers Elaine Paige Gary Wilmot , but I shouldn't be naming anyone they were all fantastic . Costumes , scenery ! We were speechless , thank you all for a wonderful evening . .
This was a great show - fantastic costumes and scenery. The dancers were fabulous and the ventriloquist really good. Cannot fault the show - all the performers were top standard and the jokes hilarious - great for the adults!
I buy tickets for my grown up daughters every year, and they absolutely love it. This years show was no exception and they had a wonderful time. They cant wait for the next show and hope Nigel Havers gets the bigger part he requests!
This was an absolutely fantastic show. My friend and I laughed the whole way through ,our cheeks ached from so much laughing ! The costumes were wonderful especially Julian's, they suited him a treat. Gary was great, very funny and how he did those monologues we will never know. Elaine singing her old songs with new words was very clever twist and Paul and Sam were really funny. Nigel deserves an even bigger part next time as his comic timing was superb. In fact the whole cast were superb !
Outrageously wonderful from start to finish.
Hilarious , witty and clever. Amazing Panto . Luxurious costumes that suited the character . Fantastic music, jokes - diversity a bonus . Full house . Would go again .
Loved every minute of the show. Hilarious, entertaining for all ages and left you wanting more.
I don't usually like pantos but this was far from your usual "oh, no he isn't " type of show! The effects were brilliant from start to finish; it was lively, fast moving and spectacular throughout; funny in parts - most of the audience were roaring with laughter most of the time. A polished, professional show in which everyone gave their all.
What a fantastic show all so very talented
Love this show. Came last year. Will be there next.
Great show, perfect cast - really well produced - well worth going
After having seen Cinderella last year, we couldn’t wait to see this panto. A great cast great songs and Julian Clary was brilliant as ever, Nigel Havers as well. Can’t wait to see what’s coming next year!
This was probably the best pantomime I have ever been to. From the costumes and effects to the wonderful performers and jokes it was full on fun all the way. I shall definitely be booking again for next Christmas!
So funny and excellent effects and costumes my kids loved it,even my 7year old went up on stage in front of 2000 people to get involved and received a gift. I didn't regret it one bit 5stars from me.
Dick Whittington was an absolute triumph. I never stopped laughing from beginning to end. Julian Clary was brilliant as usual, as were all the cast. And what can be said about the phenomenon that is Charlie Stemp ? Just loved it.
We travelled from York and was so worth it!!!!
Oh what a night! Wonderful theatre and wonderful performances all round. Outstanding set, costumes and actors. Fantastic pantomime, laughed the whole way through! Oh yes we did...
Excellent Great performances and non stop laughter throughout
It was great to attend the last performance of the run as the actors were able to have more fun. I haven't laughed that much for ages! The whole performance was brilliant and it had an amazing cast.
The show and the costumes were amazing. The only reason we give this 4* and not 5 was because didn’t really understand Nigel Havers part in this. For such a famous actor he had such an insignificant part
Wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it Looking forward to next year
I haven’t been to a pantomime for a long long time, so it was a delight to sample Dick Whittington at the palladium. Exotic and colourful costumes, the stars were wonderful and singing and dancing excellent.
I took my 10 yr old as a birthday treat and the gay sexual innuendos were so extreme and abundant I had to leave st half time. Diversity he lived and the ventriloquist commedian Jack, he loves too but the rest was way over his head (fortunately ) despite asking me what everything meant when there was laughter. Pantomimes are supposed to be about childhood at Christmas time and they should refund the ticket money. What a disappointment and pretty shameful humour in the presence of children
Fantastic show, laughter from start to finish. Can't wait for next year's pantomime
Fantastic cast, great costumes and scenery. I laughed from start to finish. I wish it was on longer so I could recommend it to other people.
Best Panto been to!! Julian Clary, absolutely great as too was Nigel Havers and the rest of the cast. A real scream and a great nights entertainment. Wonderful costumes that looked like they coast a fortune. Great choreography and a wonderful orchestra!!! As I say best ever and look forward to next year!!!
Fantastic costumes and sets So colourful All actors were great but Julian Clary stole the show Hilarious
Me and my family thought the show was just Brilliant, so funny didn't stop laughing from start to finish.
Took my husband for a treat and we both agree it was by far the best pantomime we have ever seen. Julian Clary was amazing,so funny and what can I say about Elaine Paige other than brilliant her voice makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up. Not forgetting Nigel Havers and Gary Wilmot who were also very funny. Diversity were a nice surprise didn't know they were in it when I booked and the whole ensemble just made the show. Can't finish without mentioning the costumes they were awesome
This is second time we have been to your panto . It was absolutely fantastic we can’t wait to go again next year
I can’t fault anything - great performance by all the stars, dancers, singers etc ..... fantastic costumes, adult humour !!! I took an 8 & 4 year old - the highlight for them was diversity but hey at least they were too young to get the many adult themed phases !! Julian Cleary esp was absolutely fabulous !
One of the best Pantos I have ever seen the Costumes and cast were amazing they gave 150%
Absolutely brilliant. The best Panto I have ever been to. It was excellent in so many areas.
Saw Dick Whittington yesterday and it was brilliant did not stop laughing all the way through it. It was well written and ot was a brilliant evening out.
Haven't laughed so much and for so long! Such a brilliant pantomime, but content predominately for an adult audience.
