The Lyric Hammersmith is a 20-minute tube ride from Central London and easily accessible by car and by bus. It is a two-minute walk from the tube and bus stations. The entrance to the Lyric, opposite the fountains on Lyric Square, is ground level with lift access inside to all floors.

Fantastic!!!! Mr Fox & his friends were truly fantastically fantastic!!!!! It was funny, heartwarming & adventurous. Great for all the family. Thank you to all the cast & staff for a lovely afternoon xx

I took a 9 year old and a 4 year old to their ''favourite story' and for them it came alive. The quality of the performances were superb, the live music an additional and unexpected bonus, 'what an excellent stage' said the 9 year old - she was well impressed with the design and the moving structures . The script was engaging for all of us - thrills and excitement, humour for kids and adults, inspiring costume design . All in all a great afternoon of positive entertainment. Well done to all creators.

Went with 3 children-5,10,11 and a friend and we were all captivated by the production. Loved the ingenious stage and the multi talents of the cast who kept the action going. We especially loved Rabbit, the foxes twitching tails and the Welsh Farmer. Loved the songs and music and the way the wonderful world of Dahl was brought to life so effortlessly. Recommend highly for a good dose of live theatrical entertainment for all the family to enjoy

Very exciting. Visually stunning and energetic so the whole audience was gripped. Lots of music and the story line was clear. Could have been a few minutes shorter each half?

The show exceeded my expectations. My daughters 5 & 8yr loved it, lots of wonderful characters, the farmers were extremely funny! Plenty of laughs for kids and parents.

We went to see Fantastic Mr Fix and it was amazing. The dinging and acting was soooo brilliant......all I could see was animals and farmers! They really captured the essence of each animal and brought them to life. The little girl playing the role of the cub was in character throughout the show......amazing! We all loved the show. My little boy said it was all FANTASTIC!!

My Son and I really enjoyed the show after reading the books we wanted to see it in the theatre and we had a brilliant time and didn't want the show to end.

We found the seats very small and quite uncomfortable. We were in front row of circle and my daughter (7) could not see the stage if she sat in her seat. Obviously a known/common problem as the theatre have additional 'booster' cushions available. The production was put together well and the musical score was very good. The costumes were very poor in my opinion and the stage set very dull (and very blue?). On asking my daughter if she enjoyed it she said it 'was ok'. For the money spent I wish I had taken her to a West End production.

Don't get seats too high up as we couldn't see a thing. The show is on a platform and most of the time we could only see the actors from the shoulders down. My little one got very bored.

This was a brilliant show we had fantastic seats in the stalls for a great price ! me and my girls were blown away great acting and singing we were all gripped from start to finish that fabulous we are considering getting tickets to go again when it come nearer on tour brilliant

The interpretation was slightly different to the book but the characters, costumes, set design and songs were brilliantly thought out. All the children were very engaged and it was thoroughly entertaining for the adults as well.

We absolutely loved the showed, a very clever adaptation of my favourite childhood book, the whole family enjoyed the performance. Well written, funny, brilliant performers. Just overall fantastic, thank you for a wonderful evening :)

Wonderful production. We attended the evening show with 4 kids. We had upper circle seats but view of the stage was good. The characters were great and sets ingenious.

We were pleasantly surprised not only with the adaptation of the story but also with the props and stage arrangements, music, costumes and would definitely go to see it again. Our daughter and we found it funny, revolting, inspiring, at times sad and felt like part of the whole adventure!

The fantastic mr. Fox performance was excellent. There were some hilarious moments during the performance. I would definitely recommend it. The whole thing was spectacular. There was amazing acting and brilliant songs. I would tremendously love to go to the lyric theatre again to see some other great performances. It was definitely value for money.

A glorious interpretation of the the classic Dahl tale - beautifully acted with such enthusiasm, wonderful music and clever sets, creating a totally engaging experience for ages young to older. The Lyric as always is great venue and this show is highly recommended.
