Tape Face
Tape Face
The incomparable Tape Face brings his world-famous show back to the West End following four sold-out UK tours and four sold-out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Formerly known as The Boy with Tape on His Face, Tape Face has captivated audiences across the globe with his unique and spell-binding brand of comedy. A 2016 finalist of America’s Got Talent and a performer on The John Bishop Show and at the Royal Variety Performance, the entirely silent stand-up comic creates tender and side-splittingly hilarious tableaux with the use of ordinary objects and popular music.
This year, Tape Face comes to London with his most visually impressive, witty and surprising show yet. Constantly inventive and utterly captivating, his brand-new show must be seen to be believed, and then seen again, just to make sure.
Playing at the Garrick Theatre for just seven weeks, tickets are sure to sell out fast, so grab yours today.

my husband had just been for a hearing test and was given a pair of hearing aid to try out. He was looking forward to a clear hearing in theatre, but Sam Wills didn't say a single word for the whole 2.5 hours! How funny was that?! Loved the show, hilarious and great entertainment.

When you have to laugh so hard that you are crying and you can't breath and your lungs start hurting because you can't breath - for two hours

Well worth watching, to create such humour without a word was very clever indeed. The whole audience was in stitches. Audience participation was brilliant.

You do wonder just how someone who clearly won't be saying anything can fill two hours of show but it was brilliant. A lot of thought put into the 'sketches' resulting often in hilariously funny results. Well worth a visit.

What an amazing show! We discovered the boy with tape on his face, Sam Wills, on America's Got Talent and since that we were excited to know he was coming to London. All his show is brilliant! The show is very well structured and you do not need to speak any language to understand the show. Brilliant performance!

An odd but thoroughly enjoyable night at the Garrick. Tape face has the ability to say so much without a word. A broad international audience all enjoyed the common language of visual comedy. Audience participation is usually cringe worthy but not In this show. Go and enjoy it!

I've seen Tape Face quite a few times as part of other shows and, to be honest, I wasnt sure how a whole show on his own would work. But it totally worked and was absolutely brilliant. Engaging throughout, so, so clever and, above all, hilarious! Totally different to anything else around, he appeals to all ages from kids to very big kids! Cannot remember the last time I was this transfixed by a show. The Boy is a genius.

Tape Face was a phenomenally hilarious performance. Really enjoyable how interactive he is with the audience throughout the whole show. Takes people out of their comfort zone in a comical way. The lights and music were very complimenting to the performance. Well done!

Heard reviews on Radio 4 and thought 'I must see this show, it sounds great' However, I realize that every night is a different show, but we only laughed twice throughout the entire performance. The Jury was out whilst we chatted about it over dinner that evening, and our conclusion was that we didn't find it very funny. I have no idea why....but we would not go to anything else that he will be doing. 'The Play that Goes Wrong' was more up our street.

Creative and funny! Great interactions with the audience, engaging for a one-man show of this particular genre.

I never would have thought that someone who does not speak could be so funny. The show involves audience members and their reactions make things even better. I think I may actually go again since with a different audience the show will change also.

It was SO REFRESHING to watch something & someone that was totally enjoyable without any smut whatsoever - we watched him on AGT - and loved him then - so jumped at the opportunity to purchase tickets to see him - the best thing we have seen in years!

Oh my word, this was such a funny show. There is a lot of audience participation too and some of the humour depends on the audience members, but Tape Face will always find a way to make you laugh regardless. I haven't laughed out loud so much for a long time - even the sides of my mouth were still aching by the time I got home. A definite, must-see show!
