  This first ballet was lovely - my 4 and 3 year old granddaughters loved it - the narrator was a very good idea for smalls.

  We took a group of five 4/5yr olds yesterday and they LOVED it! Stunning scenery & costumes - really beautifully done. Inspiring to watch for our little ballerinas! Lovely smaller theatre with good seats. We were at the back but had a good view. The show was just the right length to keep their attention and imagination.

  We took our six year old daughter and three year of son, both of whom learn ballet. They were enthralled. I thought a better set for the final pas de deux would have greatly added to the performance. Other dancers in livery lining the stage (although costume changes are an issue), or enhanced palace set, or even glitter falling from above. It seemed a bit ..... barren. On balance, it was a lovely experience.

  The kids really enjoyed it however it was over too soon. 20 mins in and 1st interval!! The perfermoance was just far too short for price of a ticket.

  Beautiful dancing but the show did not hold the children's interest and felt a little rushed.

  I took my daughter and granddaughter for a treat on her 7th birthday and we all enjoyed it very much. The narrator was excellent and the way it blended with the performance was really special. So lovely to see dance students given good choreography and the chance to perform to great music. The principal couple were lovely . It is a brilliant concept and we will certainly attend again when we can. The stepsisters deserve a mention too.

  This performance was just perfect for my 5 and 7 year olds. The narration works well with the dancers and really adds to the magic for the audience. There was a lot of noise from the children watching, but that was to be expected and ultimately removes the stress when your own child ask questions etc.

  Perfect for our 3 year old, who loves ballet, and has been talking about last year's production of sleeping beauty since she saw it. A wonderful Easter treat for her and her friend, also 3. They were both entranced!

  I went with my daughter and a friend of mine. We all enjoyed the experience. The show was a pleasure to watch. As it is intended for a young audience there is a narrator to explain the story. She was really good. The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 5 is because I thought sometimes the sound on her microphone was not really good. Everything else was great. I almost had a tear at the end as the whole show was too sweet. I am watching out for the next "my 1st ballet" event.

  Excellent performance - well narrated and the dancing was excellent. Kept our granddaughter' s attention throughout the show. Has made her want to see more ballet - and she is only three - lucky girl so many ballets to enjoy in her life. Thank you for making her first ballet so entertaining.

  What s lovely show. Perfect for little ones. My son loved it and adding a narrater was a great idea. lovely costumes and sets.

  This is a good intro to dance/ballet and also taking children to the theatre. Show not too long and keeps children entertained.Naration very good helped to follow dance and storyline.

  I took my 6 year old daughter to see this and it was absolutely phenomenal! We both thoroughly enjoyed it and were absolutely enchanted by it from beginning to end. The costumes were stunning, the dancers were outstanding and the whole performance was perfect.
