It’s 1985. Hair is huge, greed is good and rock-star wannabe Robbie Hart is New Jersey’s favourite wedding singer.
Based on the Hollywood Blockbuster starring Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, this strictly limited run of The Wedding Singer sees multi-talented Strictly Come Dancing star Kevin Clifton (Dirty Dancing, Rock of Ages) take on the role of Robbie Hart.
When his own fiancée dumps him at the altar a seriously bummed out Robbie makes every wedding as disastrous as his own. Can sweet natured Julia and her best friend Holly lure Robbie out of the dumpster and back into the limelight? Or is he going to see her head off down the aisle with Wall Street bad boy Glenn?
Don’t miss your chance to join the party of the year at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre!
The production was really good. I enjoyed all the singing and dancing. Robbie Hart & Linda were particularly spectacular. The whole cast were a joy to watch.. really enjoyed myself.
Fantastic music, dancing and comedy in this show. I was impressed by the super quality of Kevin Clifton's singing. Friendly helpful theatre staff. A very enjoyable event.
Would definitely recommend Brilliant!
The performance by Kevin Clifton was excellent aswell as all the other performers. The theatre itself was ok but i think it would have been better if it had been performed in a smaller more intimate london venue, as the Troubador theatre was cavernous and looked a bit like a converted warehouse.
Absolutely fantastic show. Kevin was amazing all cast singing and dancing was superb. Better than the movie!! I wanna go again and take my friends
Good show. Fine performance from Kevin from Grimsby . Good to see the excellent Sandra Dickinson still in fine comedic form . Good supporting cast .Horrible theatre with the atmosphere of an aircraft hanger and you cannot buy an ice cream for cash .
We really enjoyed the production great singing and dancing! My wife can fall asleep through anything but stayed awake! 4 stars because I would have love to have heard a few more 80s classics!
Surprise how cheap it is to watch a show that's exactly like a west end show. The theatre is built much better than the ones in central London, with the seats close to the stage, even from the cheap seats. Show was a amazing with a good acting and singing, and loads of funny moments. Definitely recommend to watch.
What a fab evening it was like time travel back the 80’s with a funny happy story delivered by a crazy talented cast. Good times !
Fabulous show the cast was very good Kevin is outstanding in his performance all in all excellent show
I went with low expectations in case Kevin was trading off his Strictly reputation but He was very good , I can see a future in theatre for him , a good show and enjoyable afternoon out .
