Having seen all the mischief groups plays in the past and found them to be brilliantly performed with perfect timing and excellent entertainment, the MAGIC GOES WRONG did not disappoint, well done it was worth the journey from the NE of England and back the next day.

As someone who was lucky enough to see Tommy Cooper at his best and also Penn and Teller at theirs. I can honestly say that this show has it all, it really is a belly laugh from start to finish. After seeing all this companies productions, this is their greatest so far.

Brilliant Mischief Company. Apologies I ought to know his name but the guy who played the Mind Reader - please lets see more of you on Radio & Tv.. These Actors are superb & the Mischief Company cheer so many of ourselves up. I wish they were pals of mine. My life in London is happier watching their Plays . This one was not as funny/ good as the other plays I have seen. However it was still good & Thank you for cheering me up. Bless every one involved . Kindest Regards Alan in South Woodford

Have LOVED the previous “goes wrong” plays and particularly enjoyed the recent “Groan Ups”. However, despite some funny moments like the lady being sawn in half, I didn’t feel this lived up the same standard as the others and lacked a good story. Would still see other plays released by this company though.

Cheap jokes, performers were decent though. No story just tasteless magician mishaps. Seversl people left early. I wouldn't bother

Mischief theatre company are to be commended for their enthusiasm passion and consummate skill in delivering such a difficult genre. The inventive staging and the seemingly effortless rapport with the audience make for an entertaining and enjoyable show. However some of the 'acts' are weaker than others:the two German girls add little to the comedic feel. The modern technology used appealed to the younger members of the audience and the play was extremely well received by the diverse audience.

I would have given this 5 stars but did not consider the two girls prancing about as being of much interest. The bear in Trafalgar Square sequence, at the end of the show, really funny.

My partner and I went to this yesterday. Thoroughly enjoyed it. To make tricks go wrong and make it look authentic i am sure is harder than the lay person imagines. I particularly liked the delivery of the Mind Mangler ( mind mind mind!!!) I think Tommy Cooper would be proud of it.
