Loved the performance!!
This was my second time watching the show as I loved it so much the first time on its opening weekend. I was delighted to watch it with the understudies for Rameses and Moses who were both exceptional. A brilliantly choreographed musical with incredible vocals from the entire cast. It is quite unfair that the show has received such mixed reviews. It's a fabulous new musical.
This show was absolutely outstanding. Cast, dancing and the set was just wow wow wow. I cried with joy all the way through it. Will go again to see this
Stunning performance; choreography superb, music vibrant, exhilarating, modern with an authentic feel.
Firstly I was so amazed by the show, let me tell you how beautiful the visuals were! The cast acted, sang and danced beautifully. Being such a fan of the Dreamworks movie “The Prince of Egypt” I can honestly say that this show was a masterpiece in comparison. A phenomenal show!
Prince of Egypt was phenomenal! It wasn't exactly like the movie, which I enjoyed greatly. All the songs were brought back to life with different lyrics and movements while adding new ones as well. The character depth and development is much deeper in the show than it is in the movie, making the characters seem so much more real than before!
I had high hopes for this show, because I love the animated film, and I was worried that it wouldn’t live up to my expectations - but it absolutely exceeded them!! The show was stunning from start to finish and the cast were amazing. This is definitely a must-see and I hope to return to watch this again.
The show was absolutely fantastic. Single stage was used to more than full potential. Even las vegas cannot natch. Incredible show. A must see if you visit london even for a day
Thoroughly enjoyed the show- brilliant effects. Glorious singing. Great night out with my two teenagers. Simply magical
Attended with my husband on Valentines night... neither of us really enjoyed it. It was very theatrical, a little “ amateur dramatic” in parts ... the cast worked incredibly hard but it was lacking something for us. Not one we would recommend compared to other shows like Oh Juliet, Come from Away and Tina... they were all amazing!!
I went last night really excited as I've seen trailers and read reviews, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. It definitely has the wow factor, it has the most amazing talented performers I've seen. I'm so glad I experienced it. I would absolutely love to go again.
From beginning to end it was moving and dazzling performance. Especially loved the choreography, light effects and phenomal singers. One of my favourite films has been reamangined beautifully.
Truly moving take on Moses and Ramses story. Stunning singing and dancing. We cannot recommend highly enough.
I’ve been a great fan to prince of egypt since really young, but I think that the musical didn’t match the expectations of what would be an emotional one. I also think the outfits didn’t quite match.. but great voices anyway!
MIND BLOWING
On the plus side: some innovative and interesting choreography; some superb singing, notably (but not solely) from Christine Allardo and Luke Brady; some fun use of illusions and an enthusiastic cast. However, the first half was (or seemed!) too long and rambling and needs sharpening up (I should not be looking at my watch!); there are not enough memorable songs and too many of them are 'samey'. Sadly, the whole just did not have the "Wow" factor for me. But then, I see a lot of productions and am perhaps a tad more critical - most of the audience enjoyed it far more than I.
The music, dancing, and sets were all incredible! It was such an awe inspiring show and they had you from the very first number. The creativity shined as did the entire cast and musical ensemble! Thank you for a wonderful evening out with my mom.
What a fabulous show exceeded expectations tugged at all the emotions great singing dancing and kept you engaged with a great story line
We booked this event back in October not knowing what to expect. Suffice to say it was an amazing production full of outstanding performances. It was our first visit to the the Dominion and full credit to all the production team and front of house and security who did a great job in making us feel very welcome. We would recommend the champagne experience too.
Music and singing was phenomenal but the story wasn’t accurate and should have been kept in line with the original I would recommend more for the music rather than the acting
My daughter and I loved this show. We felt it was of a very high standard. The singing was amazing, the visual effects stunning and the dancing stunning. The overall message though for us was the most important thing and was so very powerful. Breathtaking. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.
No froth, all substance. Basic stage scenery which serves to showcase the exceptional talent displayed in the singing and dancing. After seeing many West End shows, genuinely one of the best!
Went with family very specracular dramatization of moses story, loved the action such as the rivers of blood and river with parted seas and Hebrew song.
We really enjoyed the Prince of Egypt last night. The use of contemporary dance to create the scenes and movement was amazing. The whole production was so exciting to watch and very innovative. The leading actors vocals were fabulous too. It was a truly wonderful performance from start to finish.
The performance is incredible, the actors are amazing, really recommended
Fantastic performance, energy levels were unreal. The cast we brilliant and you all did a fantastic job of bringing one of the best stories to the theatre. Well done and can’t wait to go and see it again.
Great show ! I loved the choreographies and the creativity !
A truly amazing production - just loved every second from beginning to end . The dancing and scenery were spectacular , as was the singing .
A fantastic production with incredible scenery, wonderful songs and spectacular cast! Would definitely recommend.
A great show , performers great , all round a brilliant afternoon , nothing negative to say .
Really heartfelt and amazing choreography
Fantastic show!
The most amazing show telling the story of two princes of Egypt. Everything is fantastic; the singing; the dancing; the set; the illusions, the lighting; the music. A sensational show.
I loved the show, the singing and dancing was great, all cast members were excellent Would book and see again. Set was tremendous
FANTASTIC show! Best I have seen. Loved it.
I loved the show, had not seen the film so came with a open mind Fab inventive and inspiring choreography executed by the dancers. Amazing vocals principals and ensemble.costumes and set inventive and modern.lighting pyrotechnics and sound all excellent. Well done all.particuarly my friend who is dressing.
Go in with an open mind. I found the set work amazing considering there is only one set. Also, the choreography is impeccable and really helped to tell the story. Only downside is that only two songs stand out in my opinion, although all of the cast are excellent singers. Overall a good, physical show
Great production, vibrant colouring, great use of lighting and dancers in creating effects that could have been replaced by physical set, so glad they werent. Just be aware, for some reason the theatre was so unbelievably hot to the point of sweat the evening we t (14th Feb), it got better after intermission but admittedly did deter a little bit from being able to fully enjoy the show. Overall though, music was great, nd was a great entertaining night. would definitely recommend it.
I didn't know what to expect when I went to see the show but I was pleasantly blown away. The stage set was great, there was great use of pyrotechnics and props. The actors and actresses were amazing in both acting and singing but Tzipporah (Christine Allado) and Miriam (Alexia Khadime) stole the show! Big shout out to the supporting actors singing too. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely go and see it again
The show was brilliant. I’ve seen lots of shows & this one definitely is up there with the best 👍🏻
Captivating. Singers were on point. Great production.
The creative thinking and skill of the performers in this show is amazing. My daughter (9yearsold) and I had both speculated over how (and if) certain scenes from the movie could be transferred onto the stage production and my gosh, we were amazed! We can’t wait to book again!
It was a lovely, lively performance especially when the angels appealed. I also love Moses actions. Beautiful to watch.
An excellent theatre production. Singing and acting were first ckasd
I was completely blown away and bought to tears. A must see!
Same production value as the Lion King
If you are looking to see a musical version of the movie - don’t see this. They changed so much and the new music isn’t to the same standard as the Hans Zimmer songs. Not only that I found it offensive as a person of faith what was portrayed was completely inaccurate and unbiblical. Save your money and go see Hamilton or The Lion King.
Loved it Singing wonderful Talented dancers Few tweaks needed - microphone adjustments when two brothers are singing especially From side view seating some actors obscure other actors Dry ice tad too much - for those sitting at the front Visit Costume detail amazing Nice touch when producer addressed audience Scenery could do with few more changes but the ending was spectacular Chariots were well done but perhaps hooded horse helmets?!
Was amazing
