I thought this was an excellent show for all ages. Two adults took their sons aged 5 and 25. My son aged 25 who is autistic brought along his toy peter rabbit and benjamin bunny. We all loved it. It was the right time in length at 45 mins and the puppets were brilliant

Where is Peter Rabbit? Everyone in our party watched the show and the younger child was engaged all the way through. The show was done well but seemed a bit manic and disjointed (4 Mr McGregors???) not always sure what was happening. The cast where enthusastic but things were not really explained just went from one story to another with a lady narrator who we assummed was Beatrix Potter.

Very entertaining for my 4-year old granddaughter. She has been to a couple of such shows at Haymarket and loves them. Presentation aimed at the age group and just long enough to hold their attention. Will definitely do more.

The show was magical and was very clever how it was done with all the animals and the way the story was told. Nothing to fault at all with how the show was done or the cast that made it a magical experience. However my children and myself were highly disappointed with the actual amount of time you see Peter Rabbit, my son being a massive fan was left really upset from the performance. It was a 50 min show and you only actually see Peter maybe 4 times if that if for no more than 3 minutes in total throughout the whole show. The narrative is very much where is Peter and let's find him but apart from the odd poke out from behind a tree and one scene in a garden you don't see him. Like I said I can't fault the cast or the characters as they made it very magical but did feel a bit cheated you don't actually see Peter Rabbit much at all.

What a wonderfully magical performance. My little 4 year old keeps asking to see it again. The theatre is perfectly sized and intimate so not a bad seat in the house and the actors gave their performance 100%. I would recommend this to anyone with a love of Peter Rabbit and his friends.

Absolutely joyous afternoon. Our 3 1/2 year old loved seeing Potter’s characters on the stage. Her favourite was Mr Todd; I think I have to agree. It was a wonderful fun afternoon for adults and children.

Came across this show by chance (publicity could be better) and booked tickets on the spur of the moment but were very glad we did. The actors worked hard to give a slick energetic performance - well done everyone!

Excellent show but felt it would have been even better to see more of Peter Rabbit.

Lovely show. Good time length for little ones. Beautiful with authentic characters (they looked like actual Peter rabbit).

My 5 year old granddaughter really enjoyed it. It could have been a little longer. She had seen it before and didn’t mind at all.

My grandchildren are 5 and 4 and this is their review which I’ve gleaned in the 24 hours since the show. The loved it and haven’t stopped talking about it. They’ve drawn pictures and written stories. I could see on their faces they were captivated. Two criticisms from them. They wanted to see more of Peter Rabbit and also Lilly wasn’t in it (maybe she’s not an original character?) but other than that it was great.

This show with its lovely puppets of Beatrice Potter characters was a great outing for children from age 4 upwards. The actors had clear diction, and good singing voices. The show packed plenty of action into 50 minutes, which was an appropriate length for young children.

We took my 5 year old nephew to see it and he is a big Peter Rabbit fan. We all loved it, the puppets were fantastic and it kept his attention! Definitely recommend.

I didn't like mr mcGregor as he was very aggressive, and used the words dead and kill which I felt was inappropriate for children! Peter rabbit could have been on stage more then what he was.

Loved the show myself. The only reason for four stars was because of my 6 year old son’s comment at the end of the show. “It can’t be finished yet, she didn’t find Peter’s picture”. That was his view and surely that counts more than mine.

The show is really lovely. Energetically performed by the charismatic cast, my three daughters were engaged from the start to the finish. The set is beautifully designed and the puppetry really captures the imagination.

I booked to take my grandchildren aged 5 and 12 to see this. However, after reading some of the reviews, I did wonder if I had done the right thing. It only lasted about an hour, but I think that was just about right, my grandchildren both enjoyed it and loved being inside such an amazing theatre.

A great production, enjoyed by us all....aged 3,7,37, and 70! My favourite character was Jemima as her 'puppeteer' seemed totally immersed in portraying her. It was a very lively and enthralling hour. The puppets were amazing and the music just great.

The show was lovely, but would like to see more of Peter Rabbit and Benjamin Bunny, as advertised. Was expecting them to be the main characters. Mr Fox and Mr Brock were scary and interesting.

Really good show, my 3 and 5 year old girls loved it! Even better when the tickets in the first week where reduced! £52 for 3 tickets bargain.. we sat in the middle of row K in the stalls. Perfect view with booster seats widely available for little ones. Anywhere in the stalls even at the sides u would have a good view. Beautiful, quaint theatre. Production was brilliant, actors were animated and story easy to follow. Only disappointment was it took 30minutes into the 50 minute show for peter rabbit himself to make an appearance and even then I would say he wasn’t the main character in the show, Benjamin rabbit made an appearance but not lily rabbit so my girls were a-little confused about that. Overall great family show, 9/10.

Professionally presented, enjoyable, some parts hard to follow, especially for 4-5 year-olds. Seriously overpriced for an hours entertainment.

It was only 53 minutes, rather an hour long. We didn't see much of Peter Rabbit and the focus seemed to be Jemima Duck. Would have preferred more of Peter. The farmer was a little scary for the little ones.

Great time to get to the theatre, no crowded streets and London looking splendid. The theatre amps that up, ornate, grand but intimate so viewing is great for little heights. The musical is wonderful, spellbinding in places and visually great. Could have made more of Peter Rabbit though - the puppet is not as dynamic as say Jemima or Jeremy. And no squirrel Nutkin?? When most children are modern fans of the cartoon, that perplexed them. Especially when Peter is a strong protagonist in that and yet mute and very solid in movement on the stage.

A beautiful production, my niece who is 5 thoroughly enjoyed herself, a great introduction in going to the theatre, pitched at just the right level and length for smaller children. The puppets were beautifully made and very cleverly controlled. And Miss Potter was Lovely too

Took my granddaughter to Where is Peter Rabbit - she is almost 3years old - and is a great Peter Rabbit fan. We had great seats near the stage and she stayed interested the whole way through. The cast were superb, puppets were amazing and the whole show was timed exactly right - no chance to be bored or distracted. Staff at the theatre were lovely, friendly and very helpful. We will certainly be back for a show for children here another time.
