What Is TINA About?
Rock legend Tina Turner has won 11 Grammy Awards. Her live concerts have been seen by millions. She’s sold more concert tickets than any other solo performer in music history. But where did the Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll get her start?
TINA, The Tina Turner Musical traces the rockstar from her humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, all the way through to her transformation into an icon of the music world. Presented in association with Turner herself, this new musical tells the story of a woman who didn’t just break the rules, but rewrote them – defying the bounds of age, race, and gender time and time again.

was fantastic from the beginning till the end great music and performance from all involved would highly recommend and would go again
Really enjoyed the show
A brilliant performance from the cast and great vocals.
Fantastic. So much talent
I have seen Tina twice now and both times were amazing. You can't wait to get out of your seat and dance. I can't wait to go again!
Fantastic show, we thoroughly enjoyed the Show so much so we want to see it again! Absolutely brilliant!
Seen many a show would say if this was not the BEST av seen would be pretty close
Enjoyed what I could see of the performance. Unfortunately, there was a contingent in the row below who were late arriving, which meant people had to stand in front of me to let them in and then they were late back after interval. In addition, person in front blocked my view completely for most of the show. Warning should also be issued as to the steepness of the seating iro standing to sing etc at the finale, as really not safe where we were. Voice of Tina seemed to be very strained in the first half and only improved with amplification inn 2nd half. Not as good as I had hoped, having watched Carole King at Aldwych and als having seen Motwon.
Absolutely fabulous show. Thoroughly enjoyed the performance. Tina was magnificent
This was an amazing show. The cast and quality of the show was fantastic. It was like watching Tina herself, the lead actress was amazing.
A present for my wife’s birthday who is a big Tina fan. Great show with all the songs used to good effect and a rousing finale. The actress playing Tina is excellent.
Brilliant show, one of the best I ve seen
We had an amazing time. All the actor/musicians were incredible. We came away wanting to go back and watch it all over again.
Top quality entertainment. Great singing and acting. The energy from the cast was unbelievable. One of the best musicals (out of a lot) we have seen.
First half very slow, 2nd half brilliant! Could do with more good songs in first half to keep everyone up and full of energy
This show was amazing amazing amazing! The lead playing Tina Turner was outstanding. One of the best shows i have ever seen.
Absolutely fabulous a must see highly highly recommend.
I saw the show 2018 was brilliant ..I much preferred Adrienne Warren as Tina she was perfect.. Hence the disappointment was not expecting a cast change
We knew abit about Tina Turner but this musical made you realise how hard she had it at times. All the actors/singers/dancers where amazing. We had a fantastic evening and really enjoyed the musical so much so we planning on going again.
Excellent show ........ a must see
I was made to go to this, I am not a musical kind of guy but I learnt so much about Tina I didn’t know, not from a scripted but from the way the writer used the songs to tell the story. Utterly brilliant I was buzzing when the curtain cam down and could have happily watched it all over again.
I bought tickets for my mother's birthday present and the show did certainly not disappoint. Very enjoyable.
What an incredible show. The performers were top class. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend.
The show in itself was fantastic however we were in the grand circle and so could see the two spotlight lighting guys. Facing the stage the one on the right was dressed in a sleeveless t-shirt, sports shorts and trainers. I understand that it can be warm at the top however I feel this attire brought down the tone of going to the theatre. He looked like he had just stepped out of the gym. I definitely feel this needs to be brought up
Absolutely brilliant show. Such amazing talent, the lead Tina has an amazing voice. Well done. Highly recommend this show.
Enjoyed the show especially the finale. Energetic cast & good story line.
Wasn’t what I thought it was going to be was falling asleep
quite unexpected , a warts and all story about Tina revealing a lot about her life and the shocking language of those times . amazing music. the only annoyance was that in some of the songs the music was louder than the superb singer.
A most excellent show where the lead singer is absolutely the star. Her performance and singing quality were out of this world.
An AMAZING !!! show. The best we have seen in such a long time. Will certainly go and see it again. The cast were sensational. The finale left us feeling WOW !!! EXCELLENCE at its best.
It was incredible!
excellent performance , really enjoyed. emotional , shocking , stunning. can not fault.
A great show. The first half was a little slow as we didn’t know that much of her background, but boy did the second half blow us awa! The whole plce was pumping at the end just fantastic 😆.
Unfortunately we weren't able to attend as my partner had complications following surgery and was advised not to travel. i spoke and emailed ingresso (the ticket suppliers) and was told they wouldn't give us a refund as its company/theatre policy!!! The seats were front row on Saturday night, I'm sure someone would have jumped at the chance to attend. I also spoke to national express and premier Inn whom we were travelling/staying with, who had the same policy, but they both, very kindly gave us a refund, some companies show compassion and bend the rules!!
Didn't know what to expect but what a show we saw the view was superb
From start to finish this show had you go through all the emotions, the cast had so much energy and passion ,it was a fantastic myst see show, Tina amazes you

2nd time i’ve Seen this musical and it’s fabulous. It’s a mixture of play and musical I would say. The singing is outstanding as is the portrayal of Tina. Loved it.
