Excellent staging and songs
I first saw the show 20yrs ago and fell in love with the whole experience. I revisited the show last night to rekindle the feelings I had and I'm happy to say that last night's show was outstanding and once again I left the theatre with goose bumps . Thank you very much for reaffirming just how wonderful your show is .
Lived up to expectations. An unforgettable experience.
Show was great with intense acting and singing.
Sound quality, effects and more importantly the acting and singing were first class. When it ended I could have watched it again straight away
This is the second time I’ve seen the Phantom of the Opera. Kelly Mathieson was amazing and I had a fab time!
Plan to watch again soon.
We have seen the Phantom all over the World but we've never seen him portrayed with such force, nuance, violence, passion and tenderness as Scott Davies's interpretation. Just fantastic.
Despite the years of running the show is still a masterpiece. Fabulous array of talent on display singing a classic score.
Very good show, reccomend.
Really enjoyed the show. All the actors and actresses were brilliant. Exceeded my expectations
Spectacular performance - from the costumes to the staging, the props, the music, just perfect!
A brilliant show with an amazing cast, we loved every single minute of it. In fact we were actually quite jealous of the people going to the later performance. Thank you for a wonderful afternoons entertainment, not to mention leaving ya all emotional wrecks x
Fourth time I’ve seen Phantom. So much love for this production. My favourite. Still as brilliant as the first time. Has all the elements of a great show, comedy, thrilling, romantic, moving and amazing music score. Goosebumps every time. Will be booking again.
One of the BEST musicals in the world！！！！Love it！
Was very entertaining. All acts were well coordinated and flowed smoothly. Loved the singing, blended well with the instruments and the pitch was perfect.
Show fantastic Shame about other guest in front of me Person in front of me moved to that seat and moved left and right all through the performance. Spent more time blocked by her head than seeing the show Reported this to the ushers at half time but nothing changed
The show was one that I wanted to see for a long time and my wife has seen thirty years ago we both enjoyed it very much, and would go and see it again.
Outstanding epic story with grand voices
My daughter and myself loved the performance. David Thaxton is one of the best phantoms ever.
Wonderful !!!! Must be seen!!!
We took my mum here as her Christmas present and it was one of the best shows we have ever seen. Acted well, singing was amazing and beautifully presented.
This was our first visit to see The Phantom of The Opera , and I was blown away. The voices , the stage , the props ! It was an amazing show and I already want to see it again.
Forgot i was watching live theatre- was like a hollywood movie- brilliant
My daughter and I really enjoyed seeing phantom of the Opera which I last saw over 10years ago.
Wonderful performance and great atmosphere.
The props and the costumes were absolutely gorgeous and were down to the last detail! The talent of the entire cast was undeniable and the entire story was delivered flawlessly. I would watch it again and again! Amazing!
Went there for my daughters 22nd bday. It was a fabulous evening. The cast, costumes, music and atmosphere was truly amazing. Loved every minute. We had seats in stalls Row F. It was the best for the chandelier stunt! Go see it. But be sure to book through the theatre. It works out a bit better
excellent show, beautiful environment, and the best show of Phantom of the opera
The performance was amazing, loved every minute of it. All the cast were fantastic as was the orchestra, costumes, scenery and props. The singing was breathtaking. The theatre was lovely and staff very polite. Unfortunately our seats were not the best (balcony) which meant we couldn’t see parts of the performance and also the couple on the row behind talked all the way through the second half. Would definitely recommend the show. Took 15 year old daughter and wasn’t sure if the show would be her thing but she loved it.
The show was amazing as always. We booked front row Royal Circle, but seats set slightly reclining, I am 5 ‘ 6” but found difficulties in seeing whole stage along with other people in the row. Will stick to the stalls in future.
Brillent especially Christina all brillent cast. Excellent affects.
We went on Monday the 25th of march for a birthday, and it was absolutely amazing. The use of the stage, the atmosphere and the singing are just a small part of it. I really recommend it to anybody.
An amazing work, a sublime art and a great cast. What was a very unpleasant touch in all this image was an inappropriate dress code and people eating pop corn in moments of high emotion..very unpleasant. About the dress code.. This kind of event is an art celebration and their efforts and beauty; a proper dress code should be mandatory. Is at least respect what we can show for all the artists work. Thank you Maria
Many reviews were written about the musical Phantom of the Opera. I can only add that the costume, the stage, dynamic of the opera were so unique and amazing that it shouldn’t be missed if you are in London. Our only observation and small criticism is about the sound mixing during the first half, the music was too loud from time to time, it swallowed the singing but we are talking about 5 min.
The performance was definitely 5 stars. Unfortunately, the visitors sitting next to us disturbed our evening partly by making 'unnecessary noise' (creaking with popcorn bags, chatting). We fully understand the policy in the U.K. with regard to eating and drinking during a performance is different from home. However, it is disappointing that this lead to annoying behaviour.
No doubt you must see the show, authentic musical than the modern style you see these days!
Had to be the best songs in any musical ever and the sets matched the epic score. Don't know why it took me so long to see this show. I'll be going back soon, which will be a first for me.
My husband and I came after I booked for his birthday. The theatre is stunning and the staff were lovely. The show was amazing blew me away they actors and actresses were brilliant. Can’t stop singing the songs 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
I've seen it three times absolutely loved it probably see it again music is so beautiful 5 Stars
The Phantom of the Opera is an brilliant musical. My Grandson and I loved every Minute of the Phantom of the opera. I highly recommend going to see this performance. It was brilliant and so were the cast
This is out 5th time ... we had fantastic seats and were blown away with the details the timing the music ... every single person in the cast is giving 5000 per cent ... it’s my daughters favourite show ever and she’s been going since she was 5 lol .... sing laugh and cry .... just go and fall in love
My partner and I were enthralled from the opening bars of the theme to the final rousing standing ovation. From the lead players to the chorus line all were amazing. The settings, effects and staging were utterly stunning. Having previously seen the incredible effects and staging in both Les Miserables and Miss Saigon, ‘The Phantom’s’ are utterly spectacular.
