  We enjoyed the show although have to agree with other reviews that it was more like watching a tribute band. There was no real story line. It didn't compare to t.he Jersey Boys.

  Disappointed as no story line and just a play of all their hit songs as just like watching the bootleg beatles. On the other hand the songs were great, costumes perfect. 2nd half there was no talk at all. Some pretty poor accents. Good if you love their music but an expensive night for just hearing their songs

  A wonderful show, but more a concert than a musical, as there is no real story. The cast members are wonderful musicians, and the experience was wonderful. The whole audience, aged 5-85 taking part, singing and dancing. We are theatre regulars, and this was Theatre at its best. Magnificent.

  We went to the Matinee performance on Thursday 20th the whole show was very professional & told the various stages of the Beatles rise to fame in an excellent way. Another review said it was just a tribute band, they are wrong, Let it Be told a story with the music of the Beatles, the cast are excellent musicians and all play there parts extremely well. Michael Gagliano as John was brilliant, you could almost believe he was John Lennon. My wife and I will certainly go again. Thank you to the cast of Let it Be you made the show.

  I had expected a theatrical event with a story line. There were references to the tours and their popularity but the performers really only sang and there was limited narration. Perhaps it was a subdued audience, but I didn't feel there was a great connection between artists and audience. Result was a liitle forced and flat. The show perhaps also suffered in a comparison with "Beautiful the night before

  Whilst not being original this is a feel good musical well worth seeing. 'Let it be' recaptures the decades of Beatles music, which formed the background to generations of lives not only in UK but throughout the world. The performers are extremely competent musicians who are also physical doubles of Ringo, Paul, George and John.

  The show lived up to my expectations! It had a wide range of Beatles tunes, and the atmosphere was really good. The stage production was very clever and the actors who played Paul, John, George and Ringo were really good; they had great voices /accents, however I feel as though the first half of the show was the better half containing more well known upbeat songs whereas, the second half had the slower less familiar tunes. To improve it I feel that the songs should have been more mixed with the slow songs and the up beat songs together.

  The theatre is fab & nice size for the show, great atmosphere & good music. Its more of a tribute show, with hardly any story. if you want to enjoy just the music its great, but they could have done more to tell the story of the beatles journey and their relationships.

  I didn't quite realise that there was no story but it's a great show. You need to be ready to singalong, dance and clap. The sets and costumes are great and "Paul" is especially good.

  This is simply the best live played music I have heard since the Beatles themselves . I was moved, taken aback and thrilled by this amazing experience of sound and perfection. All credit to these 4 young talented musicians. This wasn't just my opinion, it was echoed by my whole family who went to see Let it Be last night. We are also big sceptics as we are originally from Liverpool but these 4 guys were something else.

  Advertised as a musical I was expecting at least glimpse of a story line! Turned out to be two and a half hours of four guys playing Beatles tracks. One after another!! Despite a couple of video projections the stage setup didn't change a single time. The most expensive cover band you'll ever see!!! It's nothing to do with a musical. No theatre what so ever. Just a band playing. Wouldn't recommend.

  Saw Let it Be last night with my family from the states. We all absolutely loved the show which showcased each of the Beatles music eras. Lovely to be encouraged to get up and sing and dance, even in the upper circle, and sing and dance we certainly did. All the cast were very talented musicians, and we came out feeling like we had been to a great party.

  The five guys were just amazing really sounded like Beatles. Non stop music for 2.5 hrs everyone was on their feet clapping ,singing and dancing wish we were younger as show was our era Recommend as a must

  I took my mum to see this show and she was amazed at the similarity between the musicians and the Beatles themselves. We had a great time, the atmosphere was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone seeing this, not just Beatles fans!!!!
